Our house sits on a large lot with pull thru gated parking in a safe neighborhood located in Colonia Zaragoza. It is walking distance to the centro and just a couple hundred yards to the beach where you can walk for miles, swim, Kayak, Fish or Snorkel. We have 4 studios on the second floor that can be rented separately and can accommodate up to 4 people each. The 3rd. floor is a common lounge area overlooking the entire bay with micro gym, kitchen and BBQ for exclusive use of registered guest.
