Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door construction

T2 Larmor center apartment 100m from the beach

Ideally located, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a small residence in the heart of Larmor-Plage. Restaurants, shops, services and especially beaches, everything is within walking distance immediately. The place is cleaned and disinfected between rentals. Have bikes? A cellar is available for you to store them for storage. At your request, we can make available a baby bed. You are coming by train... the apartment is accessible by bus directly from the train station.

A town located by the sea, Port-Louis will seduce you with its beaches, ramparts, ports, restaurants, markets... Our rental is 50 m from the beach and shops. You will have a terrace with lounge and barbecue. On the ground floor is the kitchen area, dining area, lounge and bathroom. The 1st floor is furnished with 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 140, 1 bed of 90 and 2 bunk beds of 90) and a toilet. On the 2nd floor is a very large bedroom (160 bed) with a terrace overlooking the sea.

The beach is in direct access, restaurants, beachfront bars and the casino are 100 m. away and shops 300 m away. A coastal path leads to the other beaches. 1 bedroom (bed 2 adults) + 1 sofa bed (1 child). Fully equipped kitchen (Oven-MO-LV-Refrigerator), washer-dryer-TV-box.

Le Studio 29

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the painting school of Pont-Aven. The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Notre maison groisillonne en pierres exposée sud vous accueillera avec tout son confort et sa grande terrasse. Vous n'aurez qu'à descendre la rue pour arriver à la petite plage de Locmaria, joli village du sud de l'ile. Vous pourrez rejoindre les sentiers côtiers de part et d'autre du village pour des balades ou randonnées , vous rendre à la splendide plage des Grands Sables ou profiter du marché et des commerces au bourg principal ( à 10mn à vélo ).

It is located 10 minutes from the sea by car, 10 minutes from Lorient and 3 minutes from the base of Lann Bihoué (note: Guidel road not suitable for pedestrians). It is close to the main roads. It is perfect for 1 to 2 people but can accommodate up to 3 people thanks to the small sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped. Accommodation equipped with WiFi.
