Beachfront holiday rentals in Lorne

This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

Kristel was a fabulous host and very helpful. We stayed to attend a family funeral in the area and she was very accomodating and understanding. A short visit but seamless.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The place is cozy and clean. Most importantly, the host is so nice, attentive and responsive!

This is amazing house,you can do everything in and out of this house nice and clean,looking beautiful. we cooked some Japanese dinner at the house there are everything what we needed. there are some nice cafes around there and beautiful beach as well. We had a great time even though it was raining outside when we stayed overnight Supposed to be raining next day as well but the sun came out at the morning and we enjoyed Sorrento after stayed this house.

John was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was in an incredible location with beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a couple of nights in mount martha to appreciate the beautiful beach, restaurants, and walking trails as you cannot beat the location of this place

lovely cottage, garden was great for our dog. Lots to do and enjoy in the surrounding area. Highly recommend a stay.

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This was a great location with access to beach and Otways, as well as activities within the park for the kids.

We had a fantastic fun filled holiday. The apartment had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the pool and playground.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

A great beach getaway in the perfect secluded location. Close to Anglesea but not too close to deal with the busy crowds. Amazing beach location and house has every amenity you could need and wish for. The spa and log fireplace was a special!

This is the second time we have stayed in this property. Such a great location. Easy to walk to restaurants and the beach.

The Space - The studio was just as pictured and described, with a queen bed and daybed for sleeping. The bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette ensured that the studio provides all that is required. Beautifully presented and clean. It is within a short distance to acland Street arcade, where you will find plenty of shops close by, as well as public transport links. The Host - Wonderful! Banu is an exceptional host, brilliantly attentive without being intrusive. Banu always had local information to share and handy hints throughout our stay. We instantly felt at home here and wish we could have stayed longer. The disappointment would be too great if we were not to return, to this fabulous airbnb, host and amazing part of the world.

My partner and I had a relaxing and peaceful stay at Zoe and Juliet's place. The house was hidden at the back of the block and had beautiful views of the water. Inside it felt like a real home - the couches were very comfortable, the heating warmed the house up very quickly and the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner at home. We weren't able to stay for as long as we had hoped due to work issues in the end, but if we return to Lorne, we'll be booking again.

Great place, extremely cosy for a get away with friends. Epic view and close to the Wye river hotel which is perfect for dinner. Rained all weekend but we were very warm and cosy inside when home. Jen could not be more helpful, with quick responses throughout the stay. Would recommend!

The house had everything we could want! The views from the front deck were outstanding and the cliff top walks were magnificent

Samfire is a beautiful property, super close to two beaches and walkable to any part of Apollo Bay. The property is brand new, very well designed and well fitted, a rare find. Quiet surroundings and a super comfortable property makes it very hard to get out and explore Apollo Bay and surrounds. Will absolutely recommend.

It's my second time to visit here. It always heals my soul while I see the beautiful view. Readily nice to do the cooking and have great time my friend. Strongly recommend this place if you want to visit the Great Ocean Road

This place is clean, lots of room, beautiful view and great amenities. Was very comfortable for all the family and I loved sitting in the peace of the fire reading my book of a night. I even got a little work done at the desk. View was 10/10 and kitchen was well appointed
