THE HILL HOUSE -Sea and Mountain views-

Perched on the mountain, the hill house with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. The house is located at the end of a road which ads to the peaceful and quiet character of Cabo Pulmo, but is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old. Parking is on site.

Jewel of the South just steps from the sea

Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. The space has everything you need to live on the beach: - A master bedroom and two bathrooms. - One King size bed for your comfort. - A couch in the living room for the little one or the thrifty friend that you love. - A Kitchen to prepare the catch of the day. There are also 2ACs (in the living room and the bedroom)

Each casita has its own private outdoor hot tub that is fed by a natural hot spring that is unique to this town. Pure, simple bliss.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Tranquil, Relaxing Beachfront, Exceptional Views!

Enjoy the largest deck in the complex, accompanied by a gas grill and 2 kayaks for your use, one double, one single. It's very private, as it is situated to the far corner of the property. Even though it is close to the main road, the unit sits right above the beach, eliminating any traffic noise. We've been told by others who have stayed there before, "It's the best unit in the complex." Pool Level, exceptionally private, located on the corner of the complex with its own entrance.

Casitas de la Huerta (Little Houses of the Orchard)

These newly built casitas are located in the quiet Palo Blanco neighborhood 2 miles north of downtown Los Barriles, nestled 1/2 mile from the beach and local favorite hiking trails. Full bath, kitchen and large bedroom with cal king bed and organic cotton bedding. The property boasts fruit trees and old growth inviting local birds and lizards to stop by for a visit. Inquire about kiteboarding packages, stand up paddleboarding rentals, private yoga and quad rentals.

Suite #2 Torote, San Juan suites

Fully equipped and furnished apartment for up to 4 people. It has a room for two people and a common area in the living room with a sofa bed for two people. Highly recommended for couples with up to 2 children. Special for resting, we do not have a window in the main room, special for resting since the sun and noise do not filter through. A window in the living room and bathroom. Great artificial light If you like to rest in low light, this place is for you

Ocean view casita (little house) Downtown Los Barriles!

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base in downtown Los Barriles! This unit is in a great location close to all the restaurants and shops, and 3 blocks from the sea of Cortez. It’s just slightly uphill so you can get a really nice wire over town and out to the ocean. Big shaded deck with a grill and lounge chairs and dining table. Fully functional kitchen large smart tv with WiFi so you get next flicks etc.
