A beautifully brand new renovated “casita” (little house), right in the Heart of downtown. The house counts with a full kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. Also, for your convenience, we can accommodate your car in our private garage (if needed). The fastest wi-fi in town, hot water, dish tv, a/c in all rooms and all the goodies you already know (including beach items). This is as good as its gets for your money. And with the triple “L’s” (location, location, location). We can’t wait, can u?

Joyita del Sur… just steps from the sea

Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Kitchen has stove, frig, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all utensils. 20 minute drive to town on a rough road so a rental car is suggested. 2024 4-seater for rent, see “other” photos.

Casa Mexicana #20 with A/C

Thatched roof bungalow off-the-grid and solar powered with limited A/C can be ON for up to 12 hours daily including night, can be more limited on cloudy days. Located near dive shops, eateries and the beach. Accommodates up to 3 guests with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. Night rate is for 2 guests. Parking available for small vehicles and is shared with Casa Goby, which sits in front of Casa Mexicana. Firm policy: no pets, no kids under 8 years old. Bring your battery if using a CPAP.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.
