"Alegria" dreamy views in a place to fall in love

Alegría is a warm 60 m2 loft, bordering a coihue grove, equipped with a large tub, freezer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, comfortable bar counter, living room with lake view and a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed and large TV screen. It has a beautiful natural balcony overlooking the lake. For a baby up to 10 months old, we limit the living room to 2 armchairs and add a baby crib. For the months of January and February, we would appreciate it if you could try to book a minimum stay of 7 days. Our 2-hectare property is located in the heart of the area's great landscapes and natural beauty, but the significant distances between them suggest having a vehicle or being willing to walk the 2.5 km that separate us from the highway and public passenger transport. If we coordinate, we will gladly take you or pick you up. ALEGRÍA has a sunny terrace garden with a nice view of the lake, equipped with an American-style grill, table and outdoor chairs. At ALEGRIA we have space to add a baby crib. Just let us know when booking At the entrance of this peninsula, there is a small shopping mall with a cafeteria and general store. There is also the Regatta Club where you can rent rowboats and kayaks, or Campanario Hill with views over the surrounding lake park. About 600 meters from ALEGRÍA is the beautiful and very spacious Playita de los Álamos (beach), ideal for children because of its beach coast. It is important to have a car, but for those who visit us in search of rest and tranquility without intending to go on longer excursions or looking to do them by bus and trekking, we will gladly pick you up and take you to your terminal. For daily trips between Bariloche and Llao Llao, bus line 20 runs continuously. The entrance to this peninsula has a stop at kilometer 20 of this route. The journey from Bariloche by public transport takes 40 minutes. We've found that guests who arrive in peace find peace, we've discovered that those who arrive in love fall even more in love, we've discovered that those who bring happiness with them not only spread it to those around them, but usually leave even happier.

Had a great week with the whole family here. The house is modern, spacious and well maintained, and has a picture perfect view of the lake and mountains. The hostess was really friendly and responsive, and was there to greet us on the first day. Would 100% recommend it.

The truth is that Facundo's house is as shown in the photos or even better. The environment is wonderful and the tranquility and the view of the lake is unparalleled. The cabin is a beauty! We loved staying in the woods in this super private and cozy cabin. Gabriela's service was excellent, she is a very kind and attentive person. The heating works perfectly, as does the internet service. Although it does not have a TV, we were able to watch some movies with our laptop and we had no interruptions (internet). What is true is that the entrance to the cabin was a little difficult because it is in the mountains on a small hill and there was a lot of mud, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay a lot!

The pictures are amazing but the place is even better!!!! It’s a hidden gem in Villa La Angostura. Maria, the host, was lovely, super friendly and passionate about the building of this amazing dome! I walked in and I felt at home, really special. The Geo (dome) is truly amazing! The decoration, the view, the details… It’s beyond words. I 100% recommend this place and I look forward to go back. It’s also 5’ away from downtown, which makes it very convenient too, but at the same time you feel you’re in a retreat away from everything. Thanks again Maria for everything!!
