Old house completely renovated that can accommodate up to 6 people. The house consists of a living room/lounge/kitchen/toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and mezzanine with double bed, then a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is ideally located south of Deux Sèvres, 40 minutes from Niort, less than 1 hour from Marais Poitevin, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1.5 hours from La Rochelle.

Mulberry Gîte is a cozy, spacious retreat in a peaceful semi-rural setting—ideal for relaxing after a day exploring. During the cooler months (January–May and October–December), firewood is provided for the log burner; additional wood can be purchased if needed. Electric wall heaters: We include an allowance of 15 kWh per day usage . Usage above this will be charged at €0.1481 per kWh.

Les Palmiers is a rustic, characterful gite accommodating up to 6 guests set within 2 acres of land. Relax by the 10x5m heated salt water pool with open views across the countryside. The pool may be shared with other guests. The gite has a private enclosed garden to the rear with seating / bbq area. Free Wifi, TV, private parking. Bed linens, towels/pool towels are all provided free of charge.
