Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lough Corrib

Kay was extremely friendly and welcoming. The home was spotless the space was comfortable. Upon arrival we had jetlag and took a nap that passed dinner hour. We awoke hungry but to late to go out. Kay was so generous to provide us with a few refreshments and provisions to tie us over till morning. That was well beyond expectations. A gentle suggestion would be for the host to post their house rules in the listing. With a conservation mindset, the host suggested a very short time limit on showers, which was impossible to achieve if cleansing hair and full body. Otherwise, an absolute exceptional stay.

Beautiful apartment! really enjoyed our 2 night stay here! Perfect location only a 30 min walk to Doolin village. Both nights we walked into Doolin to listen to music in pubs and have dinner. Felt safe walking home late in the night as Eimear provided hi- vis jackets local taxi numbers were also available but we enjoyed the walk home. Some breakfast items were provided which was a lovely touch. Thank you Eimear and Adam for the lovely stay!

Catherine went all out to make sure I had a great stay, everything from recommending sights, offering a cup of tea after a long day's walk, to lighting a fire in the guest living room so I could relax by the fire. A great stay.

We had a lovely time. The view and proximity to Clew Bay was amazing, truly a gorgeous setting. Jane was very responsive and Mary checked in with us during our stay and met us at check in. Breakfast foods were provided. We had another couple join us and it was perfect for four people. A great space! We highly recommend Rosclave Lodge!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen von Kathryn und haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Sie hat uns alles erklärt und Restauranrtipps gegeben. Das Zimmer war süß eingerichtet und das Bett megq gemütlich mit einer tollen Decke. Die Handtücher waren so kuschelig weich und dick - ein Traum. Parken konnten wir direkt auf ihrem Grundstück und die Bushaltestelle ist in 2 Minuten erreicht und fuhr alle 20 Minuten direkt in die Stadt. Hat 10-15 Minuten gedauert. Morgens gab es ein leckeres, liebevolles Frühstück mit Eiern, Scones, Kaffee und Tee. Butter, frischem Orangensaft und Toast und Marmelade. Nach 10 Minuten erreicht man die Promenade in Salthill mit vielen Restaurants, die auch zum Flanieren einlädt. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese tolle AirBnB Erfahrung.

Patrick and Angela have been exceptional hosts; warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. They have a unique way of making their guests feel at home, and I truly felt like part of the family during my stay. They went out of their way to ensure we were as comfortable as possible and were a huge help in planning our trip through the west of Ireland. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit them again whenever I’m arround.

Excellent rooms and location

This was such a FIND! Truly the best place we stayed in our entire time in Ireland. Shawn’s home is gorgeous, with huge windows that overlook the harbor. We felt right at home the moment we arrived—our host even left out dairy free creamer for us because we mentioned we were lactose intolerant. Such a sweet and thoughtful touch. The place itself is in the heart of Galway. Quay street is a 5 minute walk, and there are incredible restaurants and bars within an arm’s reach. The place is also on the harbor so you can catch a ferry to Aran Islands right outside your door. This is a prime location! But most importantly, Shawn & his family go above and beyond to ensure your stay in Galway is exceptional. We would love to return to Galway in the future and would 100% pick this place to stay every time. We loved every second!

Comfortable, friendly and easy to follow instructions for getting there.

I stayed at Thereze's in Kinvara for almost three months while doing an internship in Galway. I grew really fond of the place, the neighborhood, and Thereze, of course. The apartment had everything I needed, if not, everything was provided by Thereze. It is spacious, very cosy, and tastefully furnished. I often sat in the garden for tanning or skipped rope in front of the patio. There is enough space for cars. Kinvara is lovely village, and very busy! There a a few restaurants for breakfast and dinner, coffee shops, and places for take-away. A big supermarket and gas station can be found as well. It was a nice 25-minute walk into the village with a great view. Galway is about 40 minutes by car or bus. Thereze is an amazing and kind host. She will do everything so you feel comfortable and make the best out of your trip. She made my stay worthwhile and I am very grateful for and to her!

We had a great time at Ronnie’s house. The apartment was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and Ronnie was a very pleasant host. We would be happy to stay with him again!

Wir waren 3 Nächte zu Gast bei Jolanta & Robert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten im nächsten Ort, wo man Einkaufen und Essen kann. Man hat von der Ferienwohnung eine super Aussicht, wenn das Wetter passt. Jolanta & Robert sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This was a good location for our planned trip to Knock Shrine. Mark's airbnb had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We enjoyed dinner at the The Arches Restaurant in town which was a walkable distance from the apartment. It seemed to be a quiet town. There was a grocery store across the street with a wonderful bakery inside. We had a nice stay!

This room is so lovely. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. Orla is a such a wonderful host. Her communication and attention to detail with her space are top notch. She has everything you need provided in the space. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very nice. But what made this space over the top for us was eating the incredible homemade breakfast Orla made for us in front of the windows looking out to sea. It was so nice, we didn’t want to leave! If we ever get a chance to visit again we would stay here.

Hébergement très soigné et très bien décoré. Hôte accueillant. Accès facile. Petit déjeuner disponible. Le logement est au bord d'une route : on entend le bruit de la circulation mais ça ne m'a pas gêné.

Wir können die Unterkunft von Imelda nur empfehlen. Die Aussicht ist top. Hinzu kommt, das Imelda uns sehr herzöich empfangen hatte. Da die Saison fertig ist ubd wir die letzten Gäste waren, durften wir ein anderes Zimmer beziehen mit der tollen Aussicht aufs Meer. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.

Vous avez fait de cette église, un endroit paisible… et surtout avec deux adorable amis de compagnie… qui, ma conjointe serait partie avec !!! Merci pour le petit déjeuner qui était aussi excellent!!! Je le recommande sans hésiter!!! Un jour, qui sait, nous reviendrons et pourrons faire encore plus connaissance!!!

Lorraine was so kind and welcoming. She was very responsive to messages and accommodating. I had an excellent stay and would love to stay again. The scones were delicious!

Staying at Nora’s place and meeting her and Kitty was one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. The most friendly and accommodating of hosts, the two of them went out of their way to make us feel at home. To add to that, they are located just minutes from all the sites in the city center while still retaining a sense of peace and privacy. We’ll remember our visit for a long time. Do yourself a favor and book with them if you’re lucky enough to be passing through beautiful Galway. I promise you won’t regret it!

Très bonne localisation du B&B avec une vu belle sur l’océan. La chambre était très agréable. Les petit déjeuner copieux irlandais que l’on prends dans une petite véranda ont été très appréciables. Frédérique donne de très bon conseils de visite / restaurants. A 5-7 minutes en voiture de Clifden et très pratique pour un séjour au conemara. Frédérique parle aussi français :). Top

Peter and JoJo are amazing hosts. They offer a warm welcome into their lovely home and add a personal touch that sets them apart, they have the right balance of friendly and kind, reminding us how to do hospitality. A great breakfast and the room was spacious and well equipped, with the added benefit of an ensuite. Definitely recommend their home as a place for a stay if you're visiting the West of Ireland
