Two cats share the environment, which is why other animals are not allowed. No smoking. Parties forbidden.

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

XVIth century half-troglodyte manor (280 m2) lost in the countryside, at the end of a hamlet, surrounded by a large garden (7000 m2). Heated outside pool with counter-current system. Dining room with fireplace and shaded terrace, troglodyte kitchen, lounge with fireplace and videoprojector, 4 rooms (30 to 35 m2) and 2 bathrooms.
