Comfortable summer house (120 m2) in two floors with 75 m to the beach. Master bedroom with bathroom upstairs in a mezzanin facing the sea. Second bedroom and bathroom with cosy furnished patio towards open terrace with grill-place in the back. Spacious, open living room with 6 m to the ceiling integrated with open, fully equipped kitchen. In the front is a paved driveway for 2 cars in line and a welcoming, furnished terrace facing a beautiful garden with a small pool and an outdoor shower.

A private outdoor area is featured, including a small pool surrounded by stone paving. Two lounge chairs are positioned beside the pool, and lush greenery provides a natural backdrop. A textured wall enhances the space, while opening leads into an indoor area, visible beyond.

Surrounded by greenery, Cantinho do Beija-flor is a true paradise, characterized by tranquility, even if located a stone's throw from the center and nightlife.

Few steps away from the most visited avenue in Pipa, where there the largest concentration of the best bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. All this provides two advantages to our guests: enjoy a beachfront house with a stunning panoramic view and be within walking distance to the best places without needing transportation. Certainly the best location to fully enjoy the day and night.
