Big Sunny Room in Huge DUMBO Loft

I've had quite a few guests who are Airbnb veterans but never booked a shared space before. (The guest room is private; the rest of the loft is shared.) None of them have ever been disappointed. I live alone and the guest room and my bedroom are at opposite ends of an enormous space so there's a real feeling of privacy. You're also not going to have the all too common experience of finding the place a mess when you arrive or discovering that it looks nothing like the pictures.

It's on a quiet beautiful block in the East Village of Manhattan. It’s also in the back of the building away from the street so it’s very quiet. Windows looked over green courtyard. Quiet.
