Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Lower Merion Township

Leonard's place on Lombard is truly an urban gem. Tall ceilings, amazing light throughout the day, and enough space and appropriate furniture to truly relax. The location was ideal for our trip and purpose. Easily walkable streets to Independence Hall, to Spruce Street Park, to the restaurants of east Lombard and Little Italy and the bocce court of Bardascino Park. Superb coffee shops within a block will make your morning. Leonard was wonderful with the communication and was prompt if any response was needed. But we didn't have any issues with the place. Oh, and the garage space was priceless. We fit a vw taos in the garage without any space issue. There will be city noise at night. I was wary of this as I am a sleeper whose hearing and mind tend to always stay 'on' and focusing on any noise. But for the three nights of our stay, I fell asleep and slept well on the comfortable beds (bed and pull-out sofa). I believe you just quickly acclimate. This was a perfect city stay location!

This place worked great for our stay which included two adults and one dog. The location was quiet and convenient for dog walking and the people we encountered in the neighborhood were friendly. A big bonus for us was having a Whole Foods about 10 minutes away. We enjoyed having a nice, quiet place to come back to after enjoying the city attractions during the day.

Don was a an awesome host who is very friendly, helpful and responsive. space was clean, private and comfortable. Yard and deck provided a relaxing space and was plenty of room for the dogs. Would highly recommend and hope to be back!

House was clean and had everything we needed. Owner was pleasant and communicated well. Would stay again.

Meghan's place was just right for our family and our stay. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen. The kids loved having a hang out space in the basement with their own TV and toys! Everyone got their own room and space. It was nice to walk out and be within a short distance to the museum, the Penitentiary, parks, etc. The only downsides were steep steps from the main floor to upstairs, but Meghan had that covered with baby gates which was awesome! Peace of mind that no little ones would go up or down if in place. Parking was iffy, but we managed to get a spot not too far away. Other than that, such a lovely little home with space to spread out. We loved our stay and would book again!

We had a great stay at Jory's in Manayunk. A wonderful house for a group-stay. Walking distance from mainstreet, beautifully sunlit and spacious, and just an overall great spot. Jory was especially communicative when we had a few time-sensitive questions which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend!

Great place in a great location with a very responsive host. Definitely would stay again if I was in Philadelphia.

Sean was absolutely incredible! Due to an unexpected issue with our previous stay, we had to book last minute—and he welcomed us without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property itself is stunning—serene, safe, and beautifully maintained. Five stars all around!

We came to Cindy’s place for a High School graduation. It was an easy 18 minute commute to Lawrenceville. The house accommodated our party. There was lots of room for our 10 guest in the house, Great kitchen to cook in. The yard was big and spacious. Areas to throw a football, kids to play on the playground and area for adults to gather at the pool and cabana. Communication and check in was all easy.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

David was a very great host. He accommodated me last minute and even worked with me when I was having some delays on check out. Very happy with my stay. Will def do it again!

My stay at Seckou’s place was fairly nice. I enjoyed the rooftop pool with the grill. I also enjoyed how spacious the apartment was. The only issue I had was with my bedding but Seckou made sure I had what I needed in a quickness.

Honestly, the best hospitality of any place we’ve stayed. We felt right at home. The thoughtfulness that went into preparing the home for us, was unmatched. We highly recommend staying here. It was perfect. Thank you, Mrs. Betty!

Cheryl’s place was great! Very cozy and comfortable. I traveled with my husband, two young kids, and our dog, and although the actual guesthouse was a little small for the four of us, having access to the yard and the deck made it feel a lot bigger. I booked the place with the hopes of the kids using the pool, but the unseasonably cold and rainy June weather made it difficult…. Although my kids still took a “cold plunge” the day we got there and had fun!! We enjoyed the outdoor porch … loved the porch swing and sitting listening to the birds. Cheryl told us about a walking trail right on their property, which we walked, and had fun exploring. The guesthouse is nestled in the woods, which was beautiful and quiet! Cheryl and her husband Jamie were personable and very responsive! If we come back to this area, we would definitely stay in Cheryl’s place again!

We had a fantastic stay at the Malvern Ave and Nora and the team were fantastic hosts. The amenities at the club house are fantastic. We loved it so much we have rebooked to stay in September.

Beautiful and clean. Great privacy and outdoor setting. Perfect for quiet residential get away. I love the area and familiar with Philadelphia. If you are looking to travel into the city a little inconvenient, however if you are a family and want quality as rather than site seeing this is a perfect location. Host was extremely responsive and gracious.

We had a great stay at Marcella’s house. Very comfortable, nicely decorated town home in a great location. We traveled with our dog and baby and were all very happy there. The path along the canal is beautiful, with waterfalls and mosaic. Marcella was a great host and very accommodating.

I enjoyed my stay at Timothy’s place. It is quiet and comfortable and in a nice location. Timothy is a good host with excellent communication. Highly recommended.

Great 3 night stay. Perfect for traveling with dogs. The fenced back yard is amazing. Very well stocked kitchen if you plan to eat in. Very clean and well maintained property.

Very clean. Easy access. Quiet neighborhood. Host was helpful and accommodating. Parking was a big plus for us. Two bedrooms was also a nice positive.

Beautiful home and surroundings …very clean….. would stay there again

We stayed at this beautiful home for our daughter’s graduation from nearby Villanova University. We have a large immediate family and this home offered us a place to gather and stay with much more comfort and value than individual hotel rooms. The house was spotless, private and had a large yard with plenty of parking for our 4 adult children joining us for the graduation weekend. Jess was extremely responsive before our arrival, and throughout our visit. The photos are accurate as well as the description of the property. 3 full bathrooms and comfy beds make this a hidden gem for a stay!

The space was great, spacious and clean. Street parking situation was also better than other Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at in Philadelphia.
