This place was better then described/expected. Very close to 2 beaches, both south and north directions. Evander was a very responsive to every question we had. There’s plenty of room and big backyard with plenty of beach sand to play games and do a bonfire. There’s a super friendly security/maintenance guy/local tour guide as an extra. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back for more beach days.

The house is beautiful and spacious. As it is in the photos is how the house is literally in person. Where the house is inserted is 4/5 but the general location is 5/5, super close to the current airport - 4 de fevereiro. I was there for 3 days and I didn’t enjoy the most of the house, but it have a swimming pool, gym, barbeque grill, etc. A group of family or friends will love it. At the check in someone will be there for you. The owners of the house are excellent and friendly, very attentive 10/10. Anything just contact them

This place was great. The place was huge and well clean with all the basic needs. They even provided shampoo toothpaste lotion and i found mineral water in the freezer little details that meant a lot. They have a 24 hours security at the gate and each corner of the condo. Comparing with hotels this place is a bargain just do the math and you will see it. There was 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom and parking garage for 2 cars all together on a 2500 / 3000 square feet home with a outdoor grill a pool and a gym . I am definitely going back on my next trip there.

Gated area, parking. There is a mini market nearby, across the street there is a large Kero. The apartment is new, clean, air conditioning in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen. Host Cremilda was available to help.

Truly appreciated our stay in Luanda at Leonid’s place. We were pleasantly surprised by the size, much bigger than expected, and even more so by the pool outside, which wasn’t necessarily advertised when looking for a place to stay. The place was also clean both on the inside and outside. Leonid was very open and even allowed a visit before the stay, moreover, very good at communicating and being responsive to fix small issues/problems that came up in the house during our stay. It is in a residential area, which is rather quiet and secure. We also appreciated the maintenance staff that was available to help, as needed. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s planning a stay in Luanda.

I recently stayed at this charming 3-bedroom villa, and it was truly a fantastic experience! The villa was beautifully designed, blending modern amenities with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Each bedroom was spacious, well-appointed, and offered plenty of natural light, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the living areas were comfortable and tastefully decorated. The outdoor space was a highlight — we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and making use of the private pool, which was clean and well-maintained. The location was excellent, offering peace and privacy while still being conveniently close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The host was attentive and provided us with great recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Abdul’s place is in a great location, walkable to good restaurants, one of the safest ones in Luanda. The place is cozy and has all you would need - and is definitely a bargain for the location. Most importantly, Abdul is a great host, super responsive and super flexible. He and his assistant Francisco were ready to support us with a late check in and check out, which was extremely helpful for us. Thank you, Abdul and Francisco!

Amazing spot for a weekend getaway from Luanda or tourism! The property is huge, set on sand with gorgeous palm trees. Very nice main area with separate kitchen. Just a short walk to the beach which is very private, even during New Year’s Eve weekend when we stayed, there weren’t many other people around. There’s a guy that looks after the property who is very helpful when we needed anything. Getting to the property was easy too, the owner met us personally and showed us to the boat to take us over to the island. She then arranged our boat ride back. Overall, great service, great location, perfect spot! We plan to go back.
