This unique apartment occupies the attic of a historic building, which is part of the rural buildings. Guests have 80 sq m at their disposal with a separate entrance. The apartment includes a large living room with a children's corner, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table and a bathroom. Upon request, we provide a historic cellar where you can spend a pleasant evening by the fireplace and a glass of wine. Please let us know if you would like to use the basement after booking or upon arrival.

Auf dem Hof Sandsee wird Reittherapie auf Inlandspferden angeboten. Der Sandsee liefert Gelegenheit zum Baden und Angeln. A charming and unique place. Stylishly decorated, warm and pleasant. Bricks, wooden rafters, accessories, greenery all around. The house was built on the walls of an old barn in 2012. You can relax indoors and outdoors - SPA zone (sauna, wood-fired tub), barbecue and many more. Perfect for both summer and winter. Red House

This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.

The apartment is in the attic, and there are stairs leading to it. The lake is about 400m from the apartment. Near the property there is a playground and one shop😊 Bars and restaurants are located in nearby towns (Brenno, Lgiń, Wieleń, Boszkowo, Włoszakowice) Zaborowiec is a typical Polish village, it offers a perfect place to relax, walk, go boating... get away from the urban climate. Forests, meadows, lakes. I highly recommend it.
