Although the cabins have been on the property for many years they all have been recently renovated to offer all of the comforts of home yet located completely off the grid. WE ARE PET FRIENDLY BUT IF YOUR DOG(s) AREN’T 100% FRIENDLY PLEASE DONT BRINGNG THEM.

Halfway Lake Cottages, Cabin #4

Nestled within 200+ acres of hardwood and pine forest lies beautiful Halfway Lake, a 65 acre private non-motor lake. Our modern cottages offer a secluded getaway with the conveniences of home. Centrally located in Michigan’s Eastern Upper Peninsula, Halfway Lake Cottages provides an ideal focal point to major attractions such as Tahquamenon Falls , Pictured Rocks, The Soo Locks, and Oswald’s Bear Ranch. This area is known for some of Michigan’s best fishing, rock hounding and snowmobiling.

The Loon’s Landing

Relax at this peaceful cabin on Big Manistique Lake in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabin has been completely remodeled, but still holds an old cottage charm. Nestled only a few miles from the Village of Curtis, this property has 133 feet of lake frontage and scenic western views. The shoreline is sandy and perfect for swimming. The lake is also known for fishing and other recreational activities. Time to pack up and recharge your batteries at The Loon's Landing.

Everything you and your family need for a fun, relaxing vacation! We do not have cable or internet. We do have a tv and dvd player. We are within an hour or so of most of the popular things to do. in the winter, you will need to park at the top, walk about 100 ft or sled down to the cottage.

The adventure starts with the trip to Crisp Point Beach which is located 18 miles from route 123 driven on gravel and sand roads towards Crisp Point Lighthouse. The road goes through some of the most undeveloped land in the Eastern States. This off-grid cabin provides a wonderful experience of nature due to its remote location. It is filled all the amenities you need to enjoy beach life on Lake Superior.

Lake Cottage Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cozy cottage on Manistique Lake. This cozy cottage is 850 square feet but has all the amenities you need. Included is dishwasher, propane grill,washer and dryer and use of our dock with beautiful lake views. It does have a small bathroom with a stand up shower. Sorry there is no using the pontoon boat but you can rent one locally for the day.
