Host is very responsible to text messages and questions. The place is as nice as the advertised descriptions, however, a designated parking would be helpful.

The place is very accessible. Its near stores and restaurants which are open 24 hours. We arrived late at night and the host is kind enough to wait for us. A great place for a stopover when driving long distance to Quezon province.

Great accomodation, sulit for its price. Not that squeaky clean some areas need some cleaning, maybe because of the confusion with the booking dates. Great view of the fish pond. We used all the utilities available, the tree house, karaoke, swimming pool, basketball ring. There are areas which are very cute for photos like the stairs. 2 mins walk to the beach. The beach is okay, great for swimming but do bot expect too much. We did have fun during the high tides because of the waves, just make sure to wear aqua shoes or any slipper because there are lots of glass. Overall, we had a great stay. Will recommend this if you really want a sulit and addordable family vacation. 10k for 25 pax, the Villa can accomodate even 35pax. Thank you.

Our stay at La Veranda was very peaceful and the surroundings inside and out were beautiful! Everything was clean and we were all very relaxed staying here! Definitely recommend for a large family with several rooms and beds!

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at Villa Prima during Holy Week, and it was the perfect escape from the usual crowded spots. This private resort in Lucena is a hidden gem — peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. We loved how easy it was to find, and the location is in a quiet area, which made our stay even more relaxing. The resort itself is stunning, with well-kept surroundings that really made us feel at home. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We’re so glad we found this place — now we know exactly where to stay whenever we visit Mama Perla in Lucena. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene getaway with family or friends.

We had a good Christmas Eve here; the event area with pool side is the best selling point for me. We’ve made a lot of fun activities which require a huge space. Resorts staff were very accommodating, the pool is clean with jacuzzi on the side. The rooms were clean, bedsheets and toilet were clean too. Will recommend this gem to my friends.

When we first stumbled upon this house on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Aireen is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The place is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible.

The place is perfect for family outing. 10/10 is my rating. My takeaways are: 1st issue is the road after the gate, sedan cars might struggle a little bit and also the water in the restroom has low pressure. These issues are manageable but everything’s good. Also, the host & caretaker are very responsive!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is very spacious with a garden, swimming pool, pavillion with billiards and videoke, kubos, the main house and we added extra rooms since we had last minute joiners. We had the entire place to ourselves and it was surprisingly budget-friendly! Our favorite spot was the lanai, where we all gathered comfortably, sharing food and laughter while the kids played on the mat with a wide low table and toys they could borrow.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed—and more! We appreciated the thoughtful touches like free paper cups, complimentary items and a refrigerator stocked with drinks at reasonable prices. The hosts and kuya were warm, very accommodating, so generous and attentive—- you don’t often come across people this wonderful! We are so grateful for the experience and will surely come back! Highly recommended!! ❤️❤️❤️

My family and I stayed for two nights to celebrate my partner’s birthday and Mother’s day ❤️ Sir Ruwel is a superb host! He picked us up and ensured we are comfortable before trusting us with his rest house. He had a pantry for basic needs and also surprised us with small token upon check out. The fam bam enjoyed the pool as expected. Just be mindful that this place is close to nature 🌿🍃🐞🐸🦎 Overall, a great experience! 👌🏻

We came last April this year and came back a second time this November. The place had definitely improved in terms of surroundings and ambiance. A real paradise that is reachable from home.

Me,my husband and my friends enjoyed the duration of our stay so much. Maydee and Gery and both very accommodating and nice and would make sure that we are enjoying our time. They also let us experience our first ever Island hopping and brought us to different islands in Pagbilao. ( Shoutout to their lovely pair of guests that were also staying on their airbnb at the same time,our neighbours for letting us use their full face diving mask to let us fully enjoy the beauty of the islands where Gery brought us, and also for teaching us a little bit of french) hihihi.. our stay is very worth it. Thank you for the wonderful time you have also spent with us during the new year celebration. Thank you ate Maydee for letting us borrow so many things in your kitchen and Gery, we enjoyed hearing you sing Tagalog songs. 😁☺️❤️

Joanna's transient house is one of a the good stays at Lucena. We have a great experience resting there and we feel safe all the time. The room is clean and quiet, the host is friendly. Will definitely stay there again if ever we travel Lucena ~again~ in the future.
