Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Private driveway and fully equipped kitchen in park-like garden. No animals allowed! The building consists largely of (partly mirrored) glass and has no curtains. Within cycling distance of the Hoge Veluwe, Apeldoorn station and Paleis het Loo. Ideal location for mountain biking, running and cycling.

Relax in this unique and fantastic split-level home: lots of light, space and cozy outdoor terraces. From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level down are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.

Our house is a comfortable and very bright waterfront house in the middle of nature reserve with its own terrace and jetty. The studio has a living room with fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, fireplace, TV with Netflix, double bed, separate private bathroom with rain shower and a separate toilet. Coffee, tea, shampoo and towels are provided. Good to know: we live above the studio/apartment ourselves, but there are no shared areas and guests have all privacy to themselves.

This unique home was built under architectural design and guidance. Rural location on the edge of forest and sand drift. The Veluwemeer is within cycling distance. Culture and culinary experiences are plentiful in the area. Downstairs, everything is on the ground floor. People with physical disabilities are also welcome. (Help from the host, is possible based on availability. He is a nurse) Pets are not allowed (except for service dogs). No parties! No smoking in the house.
