Property registered Xunta VUT-CO-…. N’Auba is located in the quiet village of San Felipe, an old fishing village on the banks of the Ferrol estuary. One step away from the house there are two protected beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and just 15 minutes from the surfer paradise just 15 minutes away. At 2.8 km by car there is the town of La Graña, where there are bars and only 15 minutes away by car there is Ferrol with supermarkets, pharmacies or any other need. San Felipe is famous for its castle, which can be visited for free.

"The Orieta House"

Our casita is located very few meters from the sea, the beach of 'O Portelo' and the promenade of Burela. This is part of a neighborhood of families with a seafaring past. The house belonged to my grandparents and now, although it retains its essence, is completely renovated. If you like the sea, its smell and its people, in our house you will feel very comfortable. Its location also allows you to easily move around A Mariña Lucense and get to know all that our area has to offer. We look forward to seeing you.

Morriña is a recently rehabilitated house (2019) on the bank of the Miño River, where the water “breaks” against the porch of the house. It has two exterior rooms with their own bathroom each and a large living room with fireplace and a large gallery overlooking the river on the top floor, and a kitchen with dining room and toilet, with access to the patio and porch, on the ground floor.
