The outdoor lighting can be turned off for a better experience of the starry sky. Wood-fired stove indoors for comfort. Try a traditional wood-fired sauna. The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows for walks or ski trips on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

Architect-designed archipelago house on a small island in Piteå

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Depending on the season, the crossing to the island is by small boat, which is included in the rental. In winter, we arrange shuttle service with snowmobiles. The island is located near central Piteå (6 km) and only 400 meters from the mainland. The hot tub is 38 degrees Celsius year-round. Wood-fired sauna on site. Here, you can enjoy the nature of Norrland. The midnight sun in summer and the northern lights in winter. We can usually arrange transfer to and from Luleå Airport for an additional fee.

Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Welcome to our seaside villa. The house has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 5 (extra fee) is not guaranteed, as it is a separate apartment in another building. Contact us if you are more than 8 guests. Enjoy stunning nature, the sea, northern lights walks on the frozen bay, and a warm sauna. 16 min by car to the city center. Public transport is limited, so a car is recommended. Please leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived ❤️

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as a host family, live in the main building on the same property and often spend time out in the yard. A nice dog also moves freely on the property.
