Stay in a spacious house located within walking distance (about 2.5 km) from Luleå city center. The villa has been recently renovated with a new spacious kitchen and bathroom on the entrance floor as well as a newly-built sauna, laundry room and recreation room on the basement floor. Välkommen till denna mysiga stuga som är belägen mitt mellan Luleå & Boden. Stugan är på 50m2 och här kan det bo 1-3 personer. I huset så finns det en dubbelsäng och en extrasäng att använda vid behov. Här finns det en Vedeldad bastu att använda samt en öppen kamin. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Tv går att använda genom att koppla in dator eller telefon. Busshållplatsen är ungefär 200 meter ifrån stugan.
