A winter-inhabitable cottage built completely new in a traditional log cabin frame in 2019. In the cottage, you can relax in a hotel-level bed while watching the fireplace. The small kitchen is well equipped. The wonderful sauna heats up at the touch of a button. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of Suomutunturi, approx. 145 km from Rovaniemi airport. In addition to cross-country skiing and downhill skiing, the area has excellent opportunities for outdoor activities and hiking, even in the summer. The hotel rents skis and organizes excursions.

Atmosphere cottage - nature, sauna, fireplace, warmth

Cozy cottage in a quiet location, close to Pyhä ski resort, ski trails and Pyhä-Luosto National Park, about 140 km from Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village. The cottage has been renovated to modern standards and has a well-equipped kitchen. Downstairs bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. Upstairs, there is another double bed and a workstation. In addition, the cottage has a fireplace, sauna, washing machine and clothes drying cabinet. In the courtyard of the cottage there is a campfire place for outdoor bonfires.

Cottage in the middle of nature

Our cabin offers a comfortable and relaxing vacation spot. The cottage is an excellent place to enjoy the beauty and peace of nature. Around the cabin there are forests and the paths of the national park is close by. Perfect place to enjoy fresh air and the starry sky, sometimes even the northern lights. The cottage is located more than 2 kilometres away from the nearest services and there is no public transportation to the center of Luosto from the cottage. We recommend coming with a car.

Täällä voit harrastaa hiihtoa, lumikenkäilyä sekä kalastusta. Lisäksi järjestämme moottorikelkka retkiä toiveiden mukaan. Mökiltä on matkaa Rovaniemen kaupunkiin noin 75km. Small and peaceful cabin in the nature. Luosto village center is about 3 km far away and Luosto Amethyst mine, which you can visit, is about 2 km away. Authentic Finnish log cabin, which ensures a warm and comfortable stay. Please note that this cabin is semi-detached, meaning that you may share the area with some other visitors. The cabins however can only be accessed from the outside and you don't have to share facilities.
