A quirky hidden gem, nestled in a tiny reindeer herding village in Lapland far away from tourist herds. Brimming with books, retro cabin vibes and cosy corners for reading and gazing out at the lake on both floors, this is the perfect place to retreat into or create a world of your own. Take a wander down the road to the local reindeer farm or village bar for kicks or inspiration. This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located right at lake Norvajärvi shore, only 25 meters to the water. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights and cosy up by the open fire. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring you drinking water in containers and washing water to sauna is taken from the sweet water lake. We are 20km from Rovaniemi city, apprx 30min drive with no street lights.

In case you need a help, we would be helping you because we live very nearby. Help is always near. You will be our quests and we will be there for you.

Mökille on 115 km Rovaniemen lentoasemalta ja Pyhälle 22 km. Ruokakauppa ja laskettelukeskus ovat 3 km päässä, hiihtoladulle noin 1 km.

Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua puhtaan luonnon keskellä. Mökki sijaitsee pienessä kylässä keskellä Lapin erämaata. Täällä voit harrastaa hiihtoa, lumikenkäilyä sekä kalastusta. Lisäksi järjestämme moottorikelkka retkiä toiveiden mukaan. Mökiltä on matkaa Rovaniemen kaupunkiin noin 75km. A kilometer away from the center, in your own peace in the middle of the forest. The paths leading to the national park can be accessed from the yard. Easy to arrive by bus or your own car. Warm in winter, cool in summer. Beach nearby.

Holiday Home Snowberry

Welcome to the middle of nature to enjoy the cozy atmosphere of a log cabin. This holiday home, built in 2013, is located only about a 30-minute drive from the center of Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village. The cabin has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a fireplace, and a wood-fired sauna where you can experience the Finnish sauna culture. There is also a private lean-to (laavu) on the premises.
