Surprisingly lofty and peaceful country retreat, properly to be called a "mansion" with wide lawns, actually almost a park surrounding the house. Independent from municipal services, the house gets power from solar cells / batteries, water from rainwater storage tanks, while cooking is with gas. As we were travelling with 2 young kids, they were always busy discovering things arround the house. The house itself has geneourous proportions and big covered verandah. The access road from the main rd in Mawale / nearby Semuto is a bit tricky to be tackled with standard vehicles but it can be done if with caution and a bit of patience. Alltogether a very nice experience for someone who is looking to relax and enjoy peaceful bird chirping and other misterious jungle noises. The nearby neighbours all know the owner, safety is no concern - all windows however have burglar bars. Even the main large window of the living room can be closed with sliding gates at night.

David’s place is very clean, stuff is friendly. If you like to cook your own food, you must communicate with him ahead of time for kitchen to be there for you. David is very responsible and helpful.
