Mumbai is an exotic gem situated in the private village of Cupecoy's Shore Pointe, right on the French/Dutch border in Sint Maarten. This elegant villa offers a contemporary and soothing living space, with tumbled travertine floors, expansive glass and wood doors that open to a spacious covered terrace and a mesmerizing infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the distant islands. The interiors feature a calming color palette of creams, sand, white, soft greys, sage greens, and driftwood, complemented by eclectic fabrics, Asian and African art, and exquisite decor, creating an ambiance of beauty and tranquility. The open-plan living area includes a high-end kitchen, indoor dining with a stunning glass and driftwood table, lounge spaces, and an office nook. Outside, you'll find covered dining and lounging areas, along with a comfortable covered hammock. A staircase leads to the private beach entrance.
