In the middle of terraced rice fields outside Ubud, this garden retreat lets you measure your days by the sunlight filtering through the canopy of palms and pavilions. Ease into the slower rhythm on one of the massage tables, dip your toes in the infinity pool, and sip your favorite drink beneath the stone terrace bale. Set inland, you're 15 minutes from the art galleries and boutiques of Ubud.
