This spacious and elegant villa is set on a mountaintop just outside Ibiza Town, offering uninterrupted panoramic views of the sea, Ibiza Town, and the historic Dalt Vila. Combining modern architecture with classic elements, the property is arranged across three levels and is surrounded by 600 m² of well-maintained gardens featuring natural stone, mature plants, and peaceful water features.

The villa’s position makes it ideal for those seeking privacy while remaining close to key island locations. Some of Ibiza’s best beaches, as well as Ibiza Town and the marina, are just a short drive away.

A central feature of the outdoor space is the large heated swimming pool (82 m²), set on a wooden terrace with open views across the surrounding hills and coastline. The terrace also includes an outdoor dining area, perfect for al fresco meals with a backdrop of the sea and Dalt Vila.

Inside, the villa is thoughtfully designed with numerous seating and relaxation areas, each finished with stylish and comfortable furnishings. A fully equipped modern kitchen and formal dining space support indoor entertaining.
