The space
Meadow Estate is a superb Hamptons home located just a short drive from Southampton Village and the Atlantic shore. Offering a fine equilibrium of privacy and convenience, the estate features wonderful outdoor spaces and amenities for guests of all ages, including a swimming pool and kids' jungle gym, while the gorgeous interiors give a contemporary interpretation of the region's rustic and artful heritage. Three bedrooms plus a bunk room provide ideal accommodations for families and wedding guests.

The villa's yard welcomes summertime idylls in the sea-kissed air. Step into the heated pool for a refreshing swim, and revel in the sunlight on stylish teak lounge chairs. Fire up the barbeque as the kids play on the lawn, and gather for alfresco meals on the screened porch.

The interiors are spacious, welcoming, and luminous, with brilliant white wall finishes accentuating the natural timber accents in the floors, furniture, and exposed ceiling beams. A fireplace warms the salon on cooler evenings, while plentiful windows open to the summer breeze. The kitchen is fully equipped for the chefs among your party, and is perched between the living and dining areas. The dining table seats ten beside a bar area with wine fridge, with glass doors leading to the yard. Kids will enjoy the separate play area as adults relax by the large TV in the salon.
