The space
Just a short walk from the legendary slopes of Courchevel, this luxurious alpine apartment will have you on the mountain in no time. With quick and easy ski access, your group of ten will be able to come and go as they please, avoiding the hassle of transportation. As well, the beautiful village center of Courchevel is just a nine-minute walk away, giving Apartment Arctic one of the most desirable locations in town.

Beneath Artic’s impressive peaked ceiling, you’ll find exposed wood beams, elegant chandelier lighting, and comfortable designer furnishings, with seating for the whole group. The open concept layout encompasses the fireplace lounge, twelve-seat dining table, and state of the art kitchen into one spacious and social environment. After dinner, settle in for a relaxing evening with family and friends, taking advantage of Artic’s cozy fireplace, soothing hot tub, and indoor swimming pool.

During your stay, you’ll enjoy wide screen television, Wi-Fi, and a Sonos sound system. To make life extra easy, Artic comes with a storage room that is perfect for wet ski gear. On warmer nights, make yourself a cup of hot chocolate and enjoy the mountain view from the balcony off the living room or master bedroom. And, when it’s time to retire for the evening, all five of Artic’s bedrooms come with lavish ensuites.

The village of Courchevel is designed around its World-class ski facilities, so accessing the French Alps is a breeze. Within five to ten minutes walk, you’ll find multiple lifts, gondolas, and cable cars. After a long day of skiing, treat yourself to a Michelin-starred meal at Le Farcon or Le Bistrot du Praz.
