Beachfront holiday rentals in Luzon

We stayed with the rest of my family for one night. The check-in went smoothly and we were able to do so a few minutes before 2PM. Helpers are also available in the property 24/7! The place is as described in the advertisement. The rooms are quite steep and is a bit challenging for seniors but they powered through. Anyway, we had an overall excellent experience. To cat lovers, there’s a lot of cats in the area! Valley is so cuuuuteeee!! Thank you for an enjoyable stay :)

We had a wonderful stay at Araya Beach Casas. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The villas are in excellent condition and amenities and equipment are well provided for. The beach was in front of the property, only a few steps from the villa.

We had a great time at Lucky Seven Beach Resort in Laiya, Batangas! The host and staff were very kind, accommodating, and considerate. They made sure we were comfortable during our whole stay. One thing that could be improved is the number of bathrooms. For a group of 20 people, it would be better if there were more to avoid waiting. Just a heads-up for future visitors: the beach is a bit rocky and the sand isn’t very fine, but the water is still nice for swimming. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. This bungalow had everything we needed—we loved the peaceful and private beachfront access. It’s peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our kids and dogs had a great time during our two-night stay. The room was spacious, the kitchen well-equipped, and both bathrooms were decent and clean. The beach had a fine sand(not a white sand) but not rocky and the water was just right for swimming, especially to kids! Big thanks to Marvin for being helpful and kind to us during our stay. The place is really nice and clean. The checking in process was smooth, there are several people that handled us, and they are all very responsive and friendly. When we entered the place it was very comfy and clean, all of the things needed are available to use.

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

We had a lovely stay at Hans’ place. He was very responsive and always ready to answer your questions. His place was very homey and my kids loved it. Anvaya’s amenities were great and there are lots of activities for the kids. We’re definitely coming back. :)

The environment was peaceful and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the water dispenser with both hot and cold options such a convenient touch. We also loved the outdoor cooking area and grill, which made it easy to enjoy meals together while enjoying the fresh air. The hosts clearly put effort into making the space welcoming and guest-friendly. Plenty of parking, strong Wi-Fi, clean restrooms, and cozy common areas made our stay extra comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to book again for our next trip!

The place was proper beachfront property. The sea is just right in front and you can even hear it while asleep. It felt relaxing and peaceful. The place also has very accommodating staff. Too bad we weren't able to do island hopping because of the weather conditions but we're glad that the staff didn't push through as there was a severe incident with another resort that did. We did a banana boat activity instead which is as enjoyable. All in all, it was a great stay!

It was great staying in Balibali. It was so peaceful as described. We loved the place as we had privacy all throughout the stay. In fact, we extended our stay, that’s how beautiful and wonderful the place was. Staffs were very nice and Sherine was awesome, she was literally just one chat away and very responsive to my needs. It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

The place is one of the best airbnb I've been. It's cleab, relaxing and the most hospitable host ever -- kudos to their best caretaker, Ate Maja! She gave us fresh buko juice, prepared our table, making a bonfire for us -- she did this even without us asking for it. The place is so relaxing, quiet, perfect for family. We had a great stay! The host was very responsive to all our queries, which made the check-in and communication smooth. The place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos—no surprises there. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. There was a minor issue with a leaking wall after a heavy rain, but the caretaker responded quickly and had it addressed right away, which we appreciated. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout our stay, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the free bathroom amenities were a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely recommend!
