Ideaal gelegen midden in het bruisende Wyck (Hét gezelligste stadsdeel) met al zijn restaurantjes, cafe's, terassen en kleine winkels. Vlak bij het station (160m), de "Aw Brögk" (300m) en het Vrijthof en Onze Lieve Vrouwen Plein op een steenworp afstand. Voor de deur kun je laden en lossen en de auto parkeer je vlak bij (200m) in een parking van Q-Park voor € 16 per dag.
