A beautiful studio type smaller unit situated by the ocean in Amlan close to Dumaguete Philippines. It has high speed internet(wifi), a double bed, hot/cold shower, cable tv, wifi, air con, refrigerator and cooking facilities with utensils. Situated by a coral sanctuary for snorkeling and beautiful view of ocean. The normal occupancy is for two but we will accept a couple with a young child. Free transportation to and from airport or ferry.

The home is newly-built, spacious, family-friendly, fully-furnished and cozy for the entire family to spend time together.

Bring the whole family to this great place for fun. My property is located in Barangay Tamisu Bais City Highland Subdivision Block 11 Lot 7, a clean , safe and quiet environment. It has a good hiking place overlooking in the City, has a basketball court, a bit far from the City, but automatic motorbike is included during your stay for free.

The spacious balcony features a dining set with dark wicker chairs and a table, surrounded by potted plants. Scenic views of rolling hills and the waterfront landscape are visible in the background, creating a serene outdoor space for relaxation.
