Apartment is available and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old .As well as for 3 adults. We are located 100 meters from the center of Neos Marmaras, in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to Apt. there are supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars etc. With 2 wonderful terraces overlooking the sea. Strong signal WI-FI !! And with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary.

So Nice studio, wild beach and little port by foot

Alonnisos the secret island is unique. Located in sporadic it combines the tranquility of the nature with a rich variety of activities. Quiet and so beautiful, Alonnissos give you tranquility and wonderful beach with pure water. Spartines beach is one of the best wild beach and accessible 10 minutes by foot. From the studio, in Votsi village, you down to the little port 10 minutes by foot to drink a coffe and swim in the wonderful sea. Studio is confortable with all accommodations and AC.

You will be close to your favorite outdoor activities, the beach, and water sports. We favor the traditional way of life, away from roads and noise, in the middle of the village, with access to port activities and within easy reach of one of the beaches (Glyfoneri). Air conditioning is installed, after a hot summer, unfortunately.
