Great location, one block from the Ponta Verde waterfront. Apartment just like the ad, clean, with clean bed and bath linens. Air conditioning in both bedrooms in excellent working order, large living room. Host always available to answer questions and proactive for any repairs.

Very well located apartment! Biometric registration was a little cumbersome, but once we did it there were no problems anymore. We were very comfortable. The only thing we couldn't enjoy was the pool; it was under maintenance that weekend. Jeferson was very accommodating!

Everything was impeccable, very clean and organized. I was really impressed with the care you have with the place. In addition, everything worked perfectly, which made my experience even more enjoyable. We love your stay! Easy to find, by the sea/back street/garage, all well signposted. Fully equipped kitchen, and with basic items (coffee, filter, salt, detergent) - we also leave coffee, filter and spices😬 Super comfortable bed, very dark room for sleeping❤️ There is a food park 5 minutes away that has all kinds of food and drink! Several kiosks on the avenue too! Eduardo also recommended us to very beautiful beaches nearby, 15 min by Uber, Guaxuma and Garça Torta, beautiful and with good structure! The balcony overlooks the sea, and it's a great place to have breakfast there! They even had two beach chairs in the apartment, but we only saw them on the last day🤣 It was an excellent stay and we highly recommend it!

The apartment is simply perfect! Complete, very well equipped, with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent: just cross the street and we are on a beautiful beach, and right behind there is a supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. The host was extremely friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Erika's villa, 6 people. The accommodation is spacious, super clean, very well equipped (towels, blankets, etc.), and perfectly in line with the description. It immediately feels like home. The villa is ideally located, in a quiet and secure neighborhood, just 7 minutes from the beach and close to shops. Erika and her husband were lovely, always available, responsive and very welcoming. They responded to all our requests with extreme kindness. It's an incredible villa, which we recommend without hesitation. We loved our stay, and we will most likely be back!

Sensational! We'll be back for sure. The apartment is very well located, facing the sea in Pajucara. There, you can do everything on foot, without having to take the car or take an Uber.

Our stay was excellent, we were well received from the first day, the location is great, in Ponta Verde with everything nearby, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and it is a few minutes from the waterfront, where you can enjoy the attractions a lot, Márcio was excellent, communicative, welcoming, gave us all the necessary support during the days we stayed, his space is very new, well maintained, exactly as advertised, and the building is new and modern, working 24 hours with reception and concierge, and a very pleasant penthouse, we will definitely come back again, I highly recommend it, we can only thank you!!!

A wonderful stay! It served us super well. The best view I've ever seen from everywhere I've ever traveled. Maceió is perfect, we will definitely return other times and in addition Diogo leaves two beach chairs in the house and a styrofoam for you to enjoy in the best possible way. Apartment meets basic needs, beautiful sea view, everything tidy and clean, ventilated, good size, old building, the third bedroom is very small. Always available and cordial host. I suggested that she put a TV in the bedroom of the suite, a curtain in the living room due to the window, and that she have a sandwich maker and plastic containers. The rest served well!
