If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

First, there was a photo of the entrance to the apartment with the number, which is extremely useful and makes it much easier to find the rental. Then it was very easy to contact Bastien, who immediately responded to texts and phone calls. He guided us to arrive at the apartment by phone conversation upon arrival. This also made finding the apartment much easier and much more relaxed. Then, the apartment was very well equipped... and with a phone call Bastien arranged to get us what was missing. The key system was also very well done, with a key in a small box outside the apartment and also a key ring inside the apartment. It made leaving the apartment very efficient. I recommend this apartment and Bastien.

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment's equipment (many towels + gloves, cotton buds, pharmacy, several pillows, etc.), as well as by the small touches (brioches, spread, orange juice, milk, cold water, etc.). Having rented many apartments, I have rarely seen this, especially in this budget. In addition, the apartment is really very clean, worthy of a good hotel. Our stay with Bruno was fantastic. We were in France for family visits and this cottage was by far the perfect place to stay. Everything was in good order: from the beds, to the kitchen, bathroom, living room with large TV and garden with even a BBQ present. It all looked new and tidy. Our host Bruno was very warm before and during our trip and responded quickly to our questions. All in all, it was a nice experience. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful clean house equipped with all comforts. Beautiful bedrooms, living room/kitchen and shower/toilet. Beautiful large garden with terrace and the possibility to BBQ. Particularly child-friendly and many play opportunities for children. This location is really recommended.
