Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Mactan

Miss Karmine was nice, respectful, and very responsive. I think that’s what made me choose her place, I requested it to be cleaned since my aunt’s a bit dramatic and she never disappointed me—it was squeaky clean. Water’s nice, no hot showers yet but it’s aight. She’s also very generous.

Jessica was super detailed and responsive. Also gave nice consideration since I had a conference nearby. The unit itself was so nice and modern. Great value for the area and even a nice view of the pool. Everything from the kitchen to the sheet were given so much love. Aircons and fan kept me cool even during the hot days My only gripe was more of the area around. Not something we can control. Neighbors can be loud but might be the condo’s design. Kind of quiet in terms of action. There’s a mall and resort casino near by but you would need to book a taxi to go comfortably. Still lots of potential and development happening so I bet it would be even nicer in the future. Overall a lovely stay for a night especially if you have an event in the area!

Excellent location and easy access to Cebu Business Park

Hazel is a friendly and helpful host, she is kind and straight forward regarding the do’s and don’ts about the apartment and area. She is attentive in making it as pleasant as possible for her guests. Even though she is a busy young lady, she is responsive and proactive in communication. The apartment is quite luxurious and has an awesome rooftop restaurant and bar, great amenities to enjoy! Cebu is lovely. Thanks for the lovely accommodation, Hazel!

I’ve stayed in other Baseline condos before. This condo is in best condition, new, very clean, and spacious. Also Klenn and Marje were very responsive to any and all questions. I will definitely rent here again.

This was my third Philippines condo is the past month. It was by far the nicest. I give a Five Star rating in almost every category. It is a one bedroom with sleeping quarters separate from the living room/dining area. There is plenty of of space to hang your clothes and put them away on a shelf. I was able to connect my Amazon Firestick to the TV and connect it, via VPN, to the U.S. The unit is on the 17th floor. Lots of nice touches such as a squeegee for the bathroom floor. For gym fans there is no gym. There is no balcony. Water can be ordered at front desk for room delivery. The neighborhood outside the property gate is crowded with narrow sidewalks not conducive to walking and borderline dangerous. There are no nearby restaurants with indoor seating. There is a 7/11 outside the gate. The single detractor was the abundance of cockroaches. They were ever present and everywhere. We had to rinse dishes before each use. An empty insecticide container shows this is an ongoing problem.

Nice and well equipped condo in a very popular and busy building located near lots of shops, restaurants, and nightlife. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a home away from home in an area with a lot of nearby options.

Great place to stay, quiet, ice cold aircon. Very responsive host. Very clean also. Good wifi also. Definately rent again if I'm in the area.

We had a great stay at this place, it’s worth the price. There was 11 of us, family group, the unit is spacious and we are able to do simple cooking like pancakes, fried eggs, rice etc, it’s so homey. Thanks to the host who lent us frying pan for cooking hahaha, they are so generous. Distance to airport - our flight was 5.30am, booking a grab car is so easy, super convenient; the airport is less than 10mins aways from the condo. No sweat! If I go back to Ceb, I will stay in the same place again.

The host was very responsive! The place and ambiance were perfect for our family, especially with a toddler. We were able to use the basketball court, play area, and the pool. The area had all the essentials we needed, from towels and blankets to utensils. Since it's not accessible to fast food or convenience stores, it's best to buy all your necessities or order food before checking in. You can also grab groceries if you're planning to cook, as the utensils are complete. They even have a washing machine, but unfortunately, it was scheduled for maintenance, which we really needed since we were coming from Manila with limited clothes. Haha! We will definitely book it again when we visit Cebu! THANK YOU ❤️

I had an amazing stay at Joyful Staycation. The place was clean, fully furnished and exactly in the photos. Perfect place for those who want peace and quiet. Miss Joy was a fantastic host. She's friendly and very responsive.

Everything as expected!

We had a terrific stay , for staying in the city …the apartment was very peaceful. You have so much to do around IT park . Had everything we needed . The place was very clean , Very nice people helping whenever we needed something. Great working space by the way and very fast and stable WiFi. Nice bed and pillows too …which is not always the case in these Airbnb. And God knows I’ve been to many. And I’m picky . lol
