Patrick’s place is great. It was easy to communicate with him and he responds right away. He also accommodated my requests. Check-in was easy. His co-host was respectful and well-mannered. The place was very clean. The unit is as pictured. Nice theme. The view from the balcony was great. We had access to the resort where his unit was located, for a fee. The resort was nice and a good place to enjoy and unwind. Thank you for the stay. I look forward to our next stay. Would definitely recommend this place.

A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

Very friendly, helpful and accomodating host. Little bit hard to to find from the street, but the friendly locals helped me find the place. Its an upstairs rooms with common kitchen area, and common CR, private bedroom. Very comfortable bed, even I chose a single bed. Very clean and well organized. Very good and reliable internet for business matters. Breakfast is offered if you order the night before, very reasonable. Welma is a great host, this is a great value for the money, highly recommended.

Excellent host, great service, perfect place for family gathering with well maintained landscape, open area concept, air conditioned rooms, modern kitchen, clean and spacious bathrooms, close to town center and can accommodate lots of guests. Will definitely be coming back.

Ideal for families. Rooms are well described as per posting. There are a lot of extra beds too. Quality furniture as well! Emily, her mom and the caretaker made our stay convenient as they were always willing to help. There are small stores nearby so its easy to get stuff esp ingredients for cooking.

Good House is a well secured gated community. Nice e trike shuttle service in the area. Friendly and responsive personal. Very good: The kitchen and especially the air frier.

The place was perfect for our family. Had lots of activities to do. The caretaker was also very hands on with what we needed. Highly recommended

The place is huge! There are so many rooms and the space is perfect for big families or groups. We had no trouble finding the location, which was super convenient. The house had everything we needed, although the vibes were just a little bit spooky, just a little—nothing major. 😅 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we’re definitely coming back!

Of all the units we've stayed in at Mactan Newtown this is the best that we are satisfied and no complain at all. This will be the place we will be staying for our next visit in Cebu! I highly recommend this place.

I recently stayed here for one night, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and hassle-free. Out host Gemma is very responsive and accomodating. The place was great with clean accomdation with enough utensils for our cooking needs. The amout we paid for 3 nights stay (there was 4 of us) was not bad. I highly recommed this place or will stay again in the near future. Best location if your planning to join the CCM(cebu city marathon)

I love how cozy and spacious the place is. The view outside the unit relaxes your mind and i love how big the pool is as well. Overall, I enjoyed my short stay. The host is very proactive as well when it comes to providing information about the unit.
