Holiday rentals with a patio in Madhapur

Our stay at Shruthi's place was very pleasant and we really enjoyed the space and the area. Pros: 1. The place is exactly like the photos. 2. A very nice society and clean and peaceful surrounding 3. Shruthi was very accomodating . so a great host Few things that I'd like to point out. And a great host that Shruthi is she would be more than willing to take the feedback in a very positive manner. 1. Although there are plenty of tea bags available. they are all of green tea. please provide for regular ones as well. 2. Please ensure sufficient drinking water. Having said above, we would love to stay at her place any time visiting Hyderabad. Thanks Shruthi for being such a great host and making our stay very pleasant

We had an amazing stay at Sonal's property.... The location was perfect, close to all the amenities we needed.... The rooms were clean and tidy, with everything we needed was provided. Sonal was super responsive and helpful in getting in, we lost directions but she was generous enough in helping us inspite us calling her multiple times and making sure we had a comfortable stay. We were thoroughly impressed with the property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. It was a great stay and we really enjoyed it there. The Host was very responsive and the caretaker also very helpful. All the things were same as it is mentioned in the photos. but the road(path) to get to this location was a bit difficult because of it's ups and downs of it's mountain terrains. We usually took a walk everytime to come to the main road as we all were students at that time. It was really great!!

Very clean, enough kitchen utensils and amenities which will make you feel at home. Very Near to prime locations like Gachibowli, Botanical Garden, Kondapur, DLF, ISB. Best part - When we entered the property there was already a packet of Bread, 1litre Milk and 5 litre water jar, which was not charged from us later. Even we asked the watchman to get a 20 litre water jar for cooking and basic requirements which was never charged to us, even after explicitly asking if I need to pay for them. I have stayed in other AirBnbs priced around 2.5k to 3k per day for 2 BHKs in the city, none offered me such facilities or amenities.

Booked the apartment for a week for my family. It was well furnished, hygiene and very homely and spacious. Will surely book the place again while visiting next time. Our host Sriven was very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. When we needed help with opening the lock, and sending my niece to the airport, the supervisor really came thru fir us and helped. very grateful.

Had a great stay there...They hosted us very well Location was a bit inside and felt difficult to reach..But all cabs are reachable.. we felt the hosts are very amicable and wanted to stay back some more days..Also, host said if cab is not on time, he ll drop us personally to the airport..Thanku so much for that aneel garu.. overall experience is very great and we would love to stay again

We stayed here for almost two months, the place is centrally located with lot of popular restaurants near by. The rooms are pretty big and maintained well. The host is really friendly and responsive.

The place is well located, a few meters from the main road, and has all the amenities for an extended stay outside home. The place is super clean, well furnished with all the equipment needed, from bedsheets, towels to kitchen utensils. The host is always responsive, proactively prompting before check-in, following up after about the stay. Onsite maid is available, for a price, following up about any help needed. I have searched for similar accommodations around, that are half the size this place has and charge similar or more.

The property is located in a good neighborhood and was easy to find. The space was adequate size, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and helpful, arranging for people to take care of the house and maintain cleanliness throughout the stay.

Truly One of a kind. The place was spic and span as shown in the pictures. Actually felt quite at home while at their place. Haven't come across a place with a homely feel yet so luxurious in Hyderabad. Would recommend and come back

Sohail was incredibly accommodating and allowed us an early check-in on short notice, which we truly appreciated. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. The stay at his place was wonderful, comfortable, and ideally located with easy access to all the major attractions in Old Hyderabad. The charm of the old city is just around the corner! For getting around, I’d highly recommend booking auto-rickshaws instead of using a rental or personal car. The area tends to be quite crowded, and the narrow roads can make driving and parking a challenge. Autos are a much more convenient and stress-free option. Overall, a great stay with a thoughtful host in a vibrant part of the city!
