Very responsive and humble hosts. I stayed with my family but it never felt like we were away from home. The locality is very peaceful and the property sorrounded by trees and beautiful flowers making the ambient really awesome. Thank you Versha and Narendra ji for such a great experience.

About the place: Very homely place. All the amenities were available and clear instructions were given for check in. Space available for parking. Appliances were in working condition with the availability of iron, microwave, fridge, exhaust chimney etc. Clean and adequate linen was provided About the location: Very accessible and on the main road. Close to LAD square metro station and Ambazari lake. About the host: The host was very open with communication and responded to all our requirements. He personally took care of any issues that had to be resolved. Great place to stay for a family, especially with parents.

A perfect and peaceful stay with a breathtaking view of Shri Mahakaleshwar Shikhar Darshan and the holy Shipra river. The atmosphere was truly divine, making the experience both spiritual and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ujjain for a serene and soulful getaway

Had a great stay, pandey ji is very responsive and helpful. All rooms and bathrooms were cleaned and tidy. There was no bath showers which made me bit uneasy, I belive this will be shorted out at earliest. Would like to stay again. Thank you pandey ji for all your support.

Great house in a good location. Close to the airport and pink city. The pool was great for my son and filled to the requested height. I also requested chlorine so this is possible for others coming from overseas. The host was very responsive and I can't wait to stay again.

It was a good stay and the property was beautiful but i think there should have been more utensils since 8 people can stay at a time so i think there should be 8 pieces of common utensils and i didn’t really liked the utensils since they were not cleaned properly and there was nothing we can wash the dishes with. Overall it was a good experience.

Found this place while looking for a private 02-bedroom property with pool. The owner, Nitesh was highly responsive, helped me confirm the booking in less than 15 minutes and shared the exact easy to reach location. This cozy farmhouse with pool was nestled in a beautiful private location with views of frequent airplanes passing through the night at very low heights while relaxing in the swimming pool. Overall, a great experience and farmhouse for cozy togethers! Highly recommended, reasonably priced!

We had the most incredible stay at The Artists Farm during Rakhi this year! This place is a HIDDEN GEM!! Ashutosh homestay is great entire house to stay. It has full kitchen , internet exactly like in description. Area around the house is still in development. Host helped with auto/toto to go around the city to visit temples. Host is very helpful and suggested a local restaurant which we ordered via zomata and food was really good. Nice place to stay.

The stay was really nice and ayushi also made sure that everything was there. Even went 1 step further to get the AC fixed on the same day so that we dont have to suffer. I would recommend this place to everyone. It is really good place to stay with great ambience and good places to eat nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Saujanya’‘s place and my friends really really loved the setup of the stay. It was extremely homely and large specious rooms and a very quiet surrounding not too much of noise just how you would want your place to be after a long drive so yeah we thoroughly enjoyed and Saujanya was a fantastic host

Ishan was one of the best hosts. The stay was extremely well managed. I had booked the stay for 10 days, for the entire time period there were people to clean the place , Ishan helped in managing each and everything from kitchen utensils , washroom was extremely clean everyday. One of the best experiences I had for my wedding. All the guests were extremely comfortable. Looking forward to come back again

The flat was exactly as described in the listing – clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay, and the host was responsive and helpful. However, the surrounding area was not very clean, and the location felt a bit aloof and isolated. Additionally, the lift wasn’t in the best condition, which might be a concern for some guests. Overall, the flat itself was great, but the external factors are worth considering depending on your preferences
