Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Madison County

My sister and I both live out of state and decided to meet here for a quick weekend visit. She brought her young daughter and I brought my two dogs. Jamon’s place was perfect for our stay. The large, fenced in yard was exactly what the dogs needed and was plenty big to play fetch in. The covered breezeway was especially helpful since it rained most of the weekend we were there. The interior of the home was spotless and so well-decorated/well-stocked. We felt completely at home. We cooked dinner the first night and got carry out from a local restaurant the second night. Very easily walkable to the uptown shops and college campus. We will definitely be meeting here again.

My parents came and visited Kentucky for the first time from Colorado and were absolutely blown away on how pretty the property is! Picture perfect area and was a real cozy stay! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Krystin's house was absolutely fantastic! It was our comfy, cozy home away from home during our trip to Berea. There's a great supply hiking trails within driving distance of the home which was why we came to visit. The best part was we could have our dog with us too. Krystin was kind and caring throughout our stay and easy reach! We plan on another trip to Berea and will definitely stay here again!

Susan’s house was in a great location in Berea, within walking distance of Boone Tavern and Berea College. With one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms and a bath on the lower level, it provided adequate sleeping for the seven of us who attended our Berea College alumni reunion on the weekend. The kitchen is well stocked and the dining area seats four. The living room was big enough for 10-12 of us to gather to reminisce as we carried in the kitchen chairs as well as a few folding chairs we had brought with us. The carport was a plus as we were unloading our cars in the heavy rain. All in all, it was a good experience.

This was a quiet place to rest. We both slept well. The pool was beautiful, but the weather was cool and wet. We just watched T.V. and relaxed. LuAnn was friendly and Zeus the dog was very sweet. The gardens were beautiful. The couch had a foot rest. It was nice to elevate my feet after a long drive. We felt safe and comfortable in this space.

We arrived late Friday night in the rain. Jennifer came and gave us instructions and just details for the stay. She brought down towels for the two bunk houses. We loved the place. I misunderstand that the downstairs was a common area for us and other guest to use, but we made our area work. We were a group of 24 and I feel our group had a great time! Thanks Jennifer!

This was an amazing place to stay. Everything was thought out and executed to a T. The house was very livable with many upgraded amenities. I would, without hesitation recommend to friends and family. Wayne was responsive and quickly addressed all questions. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in!

My Old Kentucky Home hosted by Shane was a wonderful place to stay! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The amenities on site were amazing. The hot tub and pool were all set and ready for our group when we arrived, which we appreciated greatly. Communication was great, and Shane was on top of everything. Our stay was wonderful and we would love to come back for another visit! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Lexington area.

Harrison was an amazing Host! The house was immaculate and had everything you could want to feel at home and relax. This is a premier spot to take your family for Visiting the gorgeous and historic Lexington. Thank you so much for an amazing place to gather as we celebrated our son’s graduation.

Thank you for allowing us to use the home. The family and I had a great time. Very peaceful, and relaxing. The creek and hot tub were great added bonuses. Still a little cold for the pool but that didn’t change the great time we had.

This little cabin is the best getaway. It feels private but close to amenities and the gorge. The pool is great. It’s cozy and relaxing. Love this place.

We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and this is by far one of our favorites. The entire house and property are absolutely gorgeous. The rolling hills and pastoral views are incredible. This is one of those houses that you will definitely want to stay at again. Wish we could have stayed longer!!! Jon Seitz

We loved our stay on the farm! The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids were thrilled with all the animals and especially enjoyed visits from the friendly Great Pyrenees dogs. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t smell like a farm at all! Sandy and Martin were so friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. We also bought some of the farm’s sausage, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place for a unique and enjoyable experience!

Andrew was able to accommodate my 90 yr old mother’s need of no stairs and locate us in a house in Berea. It was perfect and well located. Very comfortable. Andrew was a fantastic host. We will definitely hope to rent the house the next time we visit family in Berea.

LOVE this place. It’s our second stay in a different suite than the first and I just couldn’t recommend it more. We love the horses and the addition of the goats. We’ll be back and hope to try a pastry or ice cream!!

Nicura Ranch is wonderful in so many ways. My dog Molly & I have visited numerous times (and we sometimes bring other friends and family). We stayed in the Palomino Suite this time. Spotless, cozy and complete with all amenities needed, not to mention farm fresh eggs in the fridge when you arrive & freshly baked muffins in the lobby/common area in the morning. There is a little something for everyone which makes it the perfect getaway. At Nicura, you can entertain yourself in the billiards room or the movie room (complete with popcorn station). You can unwind in the fitness center or sauna. You can stroll around the grounds, including treating your pup to the puppy paddock play area. Or you can read & unwind in your suite. For animal lovers, the resident goats Cinnamon & Ginger are often there to greet you, if you choose to visit the stables. And in the evening, Laura and Nick warmly welcome everyone interested to come and visit their 3 beautiful horses, Bubba B, Lady & Beans.

Hosts were very helpful and responsive, and there was lots of space; a much better option than a hotel! It was a little musky on the main level but it was a great value overall.
