Holiday rentals with a pool in Madison County

Our family really enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day Weekend. The host and family were very nice, accommodating, and extremely helpful in so many ways, which we are grateful for. This Airbnb is in a great location, conveniently accessible to the lake, shopping (10-15 min away), has many amenities and is very relaxing overall. It had a very spacious yet cozy living room, as well as sleeping areas, and was very quiet. The property is well maintained and has ample parking. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

Easy to work with and excellent host!

Our extended family of 8 stayed here for Colgate's 2025 graduation weekend. The location was definitely further away than I wanted (not the host's fault of course) but it ended up working out great. Door to door it's a 35 minute drive, so while we weren't able to go 'back and forth' as much as if we were staying closer, it was a great place to wake up in and return 'home' to at the end of the day's events. There was plenty of room for two sets of grandparents, two siblings and the grad's parents. We loved making coffee and breakfast in the morning and enjoying the absolutely glorious view from the house, plus the kitchen table was a fun end of day gathering spot for us all. Shawn was communicative and accommodating, especially when one pair of guests were way ahead of arrival time, allowing them to enter the property early. I had not been aware of DeRuyter or the lake prior to this, but am glad we had the opportunity to enjoy this home and the area!

I cannot write enough words to describe how beautiful and spacious the place is. I stayed 2 nights for my graduation with my family and we loved everything about the house. The house can definitely fit more than 10 people. It has everything such as board games, a pool, fire place etc to keep your family and friends entertained. 10/10 best airbnb!!

Great location close to Turning Stone. I hosted my sisters bachelorette party here and there was plenty of room for the bridesmaids! We were able to make a lot of meals in the kitchen and out on the Blackstone grill!

Our stay in this stunning farmhouse in Cazenovia is one my family will never forget! The home itself is a treasure and made us feel like we were in an HGTV episode it was so beautifully curated. It felt like true luxury. The amenities were above and beyond and there were cute little touches like a prepped jar of s'mores fixins for nighttime campfires. Our kids loved exploring the property the entire time—they didn't ask to watch TV for 3 days straight which has to be some kind of record! All in all, I highly recommend this property!

It is always a nice touch when the host contacts you directly and is personable and friendly via text. Also - she had left a few essential food items that did indeed make our stay easier (eggs, creamer, butter) - this allowed us to not worry so much about finding a local place to dine each morning. We were two couples plus one teenager staying for Commencement weekend at Syracuse University, and while it was a bit of a drive to and from campus, it allowed us to have a place to retreat to and get out of the busy city between events, and get a really good night's sleep as we moved through the weekend's festivities. The landscape in Cazenovia is bucolic - such a change of pace from campus and Syracuse itself.
