A lovely place to relax and enjoy the mountain view, with a great cafe next door. Kim was really helpful- we hope to come back and scale the mountain one day.

This cabin was a dream to stay in! Such a beautiful place and surrounded by nature. You are also just a stones throw by moped or a reasonable walk away from a whole host of destination cafes and restaurants and some special temples and sights. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Cozycomo Chiang Dao - Wiang Mek

I had such a lovely stay at this beautiful and peaceful home, surrounded by gorgeous nature. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The location was great: close to hot springs, caves, local towns, and cafés. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, and even surprised me with fresh lychees as a welcome gift. The laundry service was also super convenient. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the bed was a bit firm for my taste, as is common in Thailand. But honestly, that didn’t take away from how I enjoyed my stay. All in all, a fantastic place

What a beautiful airbnb. We did not expect the airbnb to be part of a beautiful resort. The resort has great relaxing spots where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the river. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the most beautiful accommodations during our tour in Thailand!

Sky & Mountain Homestay/TongFah.TewKhao Homestay

Thank you so much for hosting us! We enjoyed the little house on the mountain so much. The view was priceless and the hosts were so welcoming. The breakfast provided was so delicious and convenient since you are in a pretty remote area about 1 hour from Chiang Mai city center. It’s a nice place to get away and also explore the local spots in Pong Yaeng at the bottom of the mountain! There is a motorbike for rent or you can ask the hosts to call local taxis as we were having trouble using Grab. Overall beautiful and unique place to stay.

This was an exceptional Airbnb experience. The drive in was beautiful and scenic, a true rural Thailand experience. The place it a magical setting along a river so you get the soothing babbling brook for your entire stay. The whole property is a botanical dream with an extensive collection of local plants. The pets are cute, quiet and friendly. The dinner and breakfast were authentic Thai home cooking in abundance. The host also was thoughtful enough to lead me to the beautiful local waterfall on a hike. She was a delight to spend some time with. Overall, one of my best Airbnb experiences and I’ve travelled extensively.

======= MUST READ BEFORE YOU BOOK ======= Excellent place! What a great host! This might be the 10-star guest experience stay that Brian Chesky (Airbnb CEO) said in one of his podcasts. Room: Beautiful treehouse! Loved every bit of it. Note - you are in a jungle & a treehouse. Insects & ants are quite normal. They don't bite. Place: Pristine deep nature all around. Stream walking was the highlight. Food: Don't expect wide variety. Food is delicious. Try their coffee & tea. If you get a chance & stock exists, do try the Kopi Luwak Coffee - it is top notch! Host: The most beautiful aspect of this stay - the host. They are very kind, humble; helped us with all our requests. Got to connect with them a lot. Verdict: If I come back to chiang mai again, definitely coming back to stay here. If you find this treehouse available on your dates, and are looking for a stay with the nature, just book - don't think anymore.
