Absolutely superb stay I’ve already made enquiries to stay again cannot fault anything great equipment in the kitchen comfy beds amazing Pool. Private, outside area, washing machine. A Perfect Tropical Getaway at White Phoenix Villa, Koh Samui We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the White Phoenix Villa, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The villa is beautifully designed — modern yet cozy, with an inviting warmth that made us feel instantly at home. Each room was thoughtfully furnished, and the natural sunlight streaming in throughout the day added a bright, refreshing vibe to the entire space. Whether it was lounging by the pool or simply enjoying the peaceful interiors, every moment felt relaxing and memorable. Ken the caretaker was amazing and always smiling and very helpful. One thing that slightly surprised us was the additional charge for water and electricity, which was informed and which was presented in the final bill. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did feel a bit unexpected and was the only blot on an otherwise very comfortable and enjoyable stay. That said, the overall experience was fantastic, and we would still highly recommend White Phoenix

This home allows you to open the accordion glass doors and hear the waves and feel the sea breeze all day. Since it’s on the north coast, you can see the sunrise and sunset each day. You can walk out without shoes and stroll along the beach to one of the great restaurants facing the sea.

Christian's villa is as described in the photos, only much more beautiful!!! It is really luxurious and it has everything you need for everyday life. The location is unique in the countryside on a hill with a breathtaking view, you can't get any better 🥰🥰🥰 Christian is also a great host who is competent, friendly and helpful!!! I can only recommend the villa to everyone and if I come to Koh Samui again, I will definitely go back to Christian 😁😁😁

The house was great for our group of 5. The outdoors area was spectacular. It's definitely on a VERY steep hill, and a bit further from town than I expected, but the views can't be beat. And it was very easy to get taxis to/from the house whenever needed. The house manager was extremely responsive, and organized scooter rentals for us and sent local recommendations. We had a great time!

We had 5 excellent days, alternating pool (well maintained), beautiful sea, beach restaurants (very affordable prices) and scooter trip in the interior jungle (200 baths/day). Minus for the heavy traffic on the main road. Not easy by scooter. Sikarin and Nathalie are very responsive and make sure our stay goes wonderfully. The accommodation, parquet floor and very pleasant terrace, satisfied us. The second shower, outside, is very nice.

Large apartment with a beautiful view. Chris is always in touch and happy to help. Apartment has everything you need. Definitely worth what we paid. I wish it was cleaner, but that’s ok. Also feel like I was charged too much for electricity, I intentionally used as little as necessary, and still ended up paying for a few days what my friend that lives nearby pays in a month. Not the end of the world. Overall worth it and definitely recommend!

Nice apartment 5 minutes walk to the main street in Choengmon and to the beach. Apartment may need a refurbishment but other than that lovely stay.

We had a group of six friends stay here and it was perfect. The view with the infinity pool is incredible, and Theresa and her team were so communicative and accomodating. The location is up mountain/hill of sorts, and so there isn’t much in walking distance, which was peaceful and fine for us but worth flagging. Overall, I can’t recommend the place enough and we are very grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

What an incredible place. If you are looking for some peace away from the throngs of tourists then this is your place. It was a perfect ending to 3 weeks travelling around Thailand with our kids and we didn’t want to leave.

The villa is amazing and fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. Simon is a great host and very responsive; he kept in touch before and during our stay to make sure we are having a nice stay. The trees were cut before our check-in which affected our privacy a bit while in the swimming pool. The team provided an umbrella which fixed the problem. We would love to go again next time we are in Samui.

There really aren't words to describe how special Marine's villa is! The photos are beautiful but it is even more special when you arrive. The villa is a little remote and it can be difficult for drivers to find, we had a little problem when being picked up for a boat trip, but Marine and her staff were on hand to help us share the location so that we could be picked up. Whenever we wanted to go out, I was able to text Mr Wat and request a taxi. This was so easy and so convenient and we simply settled the bill at the end of the stay. The villa is so clean and comfortable and as an extra special touch, Marine provided a beautiful cot with bedding for our daughter and many toys including a play kitchen which kept her entertained for hours! Marine and her staff were always on hand to recommend restaurants. Marine also organized a chef to come to the villa and provide brunch for our family one day, the food was amazing! I wholeheartedly recommend this villa, Marine is such a wonderful host

Jin's place was a very peaceful stay. The bungalows felt tranquil, as if you were in the jungle. There is a restaurant called Mekong Fusion right beside it, which had amazing food. We ate there every day. Check in was smooth and the receptionist was very nice. They even helped arrange a car rental for us. We highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing time at Colin’s place! The moment we got there colin had a whole map drawn out for us with things to do on and around the island. Whenever we had questions we could always ask them. We would defenitly recommend renting Colin’s place because it’s a nice place to go back to after visiting the busy areas like Lamai and Chaweng.

Tonny is more than an impeccable host. He created a really comfortable environment, tasteful and full of little details. Win is also a great manager, ready to take care of any possible issues and needs you might have. It’s important to keep in mind that In order to have such a beautiful view the house is located on top of a hill and it’s not super easy to ride up and down, so you need to be an experienced driver if you are renting a scooter. Personally I think that it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.!

Our party of four adults and four children very much enjoyed our stay in this Luxe Nomad villa. The staff were all very pleasant and the included breakfast set us up well for each day. All the rooms were clean and well-kept and were a close reflection of the photos. The open-plan living area is a particularly thoughtful design, allowing for a continuous cooling breeze from the sea. The villa was private, quiet and safe, yet close enough to walk to the Fisherman’s village and bars on the beach (though the sand is coarse underfoot). Whilst the sea immediately in front of the villa is not the clearest or most inviting, the view from the infinity pool is lovely and clearer waters are only a short stroll away. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering it for their stay in Koh Samui.

Koh Samui was amazing and even better than we expected! The host and team were fantastic, making our stay really special. We spent a month in this lovely home and had a great experience. What We Loved: The house is in a great location—just outside the busy tourist areas, so you get a more local feel while still having everything nearby. There are great restaurants, convenience stores, laundry services, fresh fruit stands, massage places, a nail salon, motorbike rentals, and a beautiful beach just minutes away. My favorite part was finding an awesome fitness program close by! The house itself is spacious and open, and we really enjoyed the pool—it was perfect for relaxing. We’d love to come back! PS: Don’t miss Fit Koh Café and Farm Cafe—both are amazing!

We had an awesome stay at this villa! It is perched on a steep hill, however, if you book transport through the villa it’s no issue at all. Some grabs/taxis struggled to get up, but, if you are like us the climb might be welcomed given we weren’t exercising during our holiday haha! The whole team was easy to communicate with, and super helpful. The view is incredible with a great pool. AC works great. Location is really good, close to Chaweng but far enough that you feel nestled away from the crowds. Good access to other nearby locations like Lamai. We will definitely be back!

We had an excellent stay at Villa Syama. Rachel was very quick to reply with any queries that we had and her staff were very attentive! Views from the property are spectacular as well.

Great stay at this villa! The villa itself is beautiful and worth the money, however annoying to get up the hill as most grabs wont take you.

This place was perfect, the apartment is spacious and clean, there’s a lovely pool to relax in with amazing views and the host was always there when we needed something. Lovely stay and would come back again!

Our family have just finished staying at this most beautiful villa for the past 10 days to celebrate my hubby’s 70th birthday. The villa is absolutely beautiful and has every luxury possible to ensure a wonderful stay. In a quiet location outside of Lamai, we were close enough to drive to beaches, scenic sights and restaurants easily. Jim and Tar, who are the care takers of the property went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were met. Nothing was too much trouble. Jim provided many restaurant recommendations, bars, motorbikes and sights to see. On my hubby’s actual birthday she organised a private speedboat for us to investigate some of the nearby islands. She also helped to organise private masseurs to come to the villa for massages and facials. Jim was instrumental in getting a private chef to come and cook the most amazing Thai banquets for the family on two of the nights including my husbands actual birthday. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay. Highly recommend a stay
