I would definitely come back to get away with Mr. Juan Fernando, the location of the apartment, the attention from the building staff, how attentive he was to every detail and every moment of the day, his excellent recommendations regarding local places for activities in general was a 10/10. Definitely recommended, excellent host, excellent place. There are no words to express my gratitude and pleasure with the place and the host. It was great overall the only downside is that the parking was not covered so the car was in the sun all day , but fortunately at the reception they were able to rent me a covered parking space very cheap but the amenities the place and location were all amazing

The apartment is beautiful, it has a terrace that makes the place a unique and charming space, with a divine sea view, the decoration is very cozy, the place has everything you need to be very comfortable. The building's facilities are nice and the fact that it's next to the shopping center makes everything very easy, supermarket and restaurant right next door. The beach just two blocks away. We loved it and can't wait to go back.

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

First time in Santa Marta and I absolutely loved it! This place is definitely worth it and it is really nice. I would recommend to everyone.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house located in the center of Santa Marta. The location was ideal for walking to the lively area near Parque de los Novios. It was far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful, which allowed us a good night's sleep. The outdoor space is perfect! We look forward to coming back one day!

The sunsets to die for. The service is absolutely TOP notch - the team here are incredibly outgoing and wonderfully kind. The food delicious and nutritious. Lodging is I immaculate. You will spend your days bathing in the rivers, finding magical waterfalls and exploring beautiful trails. An absolute paradise. We couldn’t have asked for more. I traveled with my family (my husband and 3 children) and we loved it. The apartment is duplex, nice and very comfortable. Excellent location, you can leave the apartment elevator and a few meters away you have the shopping center with absolutely everything you need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacies, variety of restaurants, coffee, hairdresser and spa, boutiques... in short everything at your fingertips. Zazué Square is very beautiful and safe. Andrea responds very quickly and is always willing to collaborate in everything. We would definitely like to come to this beautiful place when we return to Santa Marta

Sunset view from balcony is priceless!! Very functional for long term stay. Great pool & gym amenities. Avoid staying during Semana Santa (Easter Holy Week), building overrun with tourists, a total zoo. Host was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
