Ivette’s apartment was exactly what we needed—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect: tucked away in a quiet residential area but still very close to a lovely park, which was great for morning walks and fresh air. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly, and Ivette was a responsive and welcoming host. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax while still being close to everything you need!

Even though wasn't the place I rented because of an issue... the place was real nice but had some issues like the bathroom light didn't work or the gas was out for the pool ,things that they fixed while I was there that should of being fix before a guess comes ,coffee machine also broken so place was very nice and elegant but still some issues .great anyways

Needed a last minute place to stay when they shut the borders due to COVID-19 and we were unable to return to Canada. Ricardo communicated very fast and efficiently with us to help our stay be safe and wonderful.

Great place, highly recommend. Only two things to consider: Parking in the area is very expensive and the street is a bit noisy. A part of this I passed amazing time with my partner

El lugar es mejor que en fotos, es acogedor y super ordenado. El anfitrión respondió rápido cualquier duda, me volvería a quedar ahí, ya que todo quedaba cerca.

Excelente sitio para quedarse, muy cerca a la Universidad del Pacífico y la UPC. igualmente cerca al real plaza de salaverry y otros sitios para visitar. Está ubicado en una zona segura. El departamento bastante cómodo, bien equipado. Totalmente recomendable.

El Departamento esta muy bien ubicado,cerca a restaurantes, supermarkets, farmacias, parques, playas, etc. El tamano del Departamento es amplio y comodo para 6 personas. La comunicacion y la atencion del anfitrion hacia nosotros fue muy buena, igual q las personas q trabajaban en el Edificio. Hugo pequenos inconveniences que fueron solucionados de inmediato. Solo queda de mi parte y de mi familia agradecer por ser buenos anfitriones del Airbnb. Este Lugar es recommendable 100%

I was very lucky to find Cecilia's place. great location, safe neighborhood, easy access to stores and restaurants. In this apartment I found everything I needed for my stay and I will not hesitate to book it again. Cecilia is a great host always making sure everything goes smoothly.

It was a relief to stay in Brenda's clean and modern place after moving from a dirty and old place elsewhere. Great access to everything we needed in the apartment and the neighborhood. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful. And, the place held up in the 6.1 earthquake, which was great considering we were on the 23rd floor!!!

Large apartment with a beautiful view and a personal touch. The building has good amenities, 24-hour security and a parking lot that is very easy to drive around. It is located in one of Lima’s top residential areas.

1. El departamento muy seguro y cerca de casas de cambio y lugares para comprar lo básico por ejemplo agua, etc. (Existe una pequeña tienda a 1 cuadra) 2. Al momento del check out nos permitieron quedarnos un poco más ya que nuestro vuelo era de madrugada. 3. La comunicación excelente. 4. La vista espectacular. 5. La Piscina una maravilla, un poco fría pero muy bien. Debes reservar con 24 horas de anticipación para usarla. 6. Se podría mejorar más, si se coloca un secador adicional en la cocina y quizas un poco de azúcar, café o té. Tambien, hacer el cambio de toallas a los 3 días. 7. Finalmente, MUY RECOMENDADO, SI VOLVEMOS A LIMA, NOS VOLVERÍAMOS A HOSPEDAR.

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, cercano a todo y muy bonito y con todos los enseres necesarios. Además un anfitrión estupendo que está preocupado al 1000 % de tu estadía.

It was a great place to stay. It had a lot of instructions to follow but manageable. It was close to historic sites, the beach, restaurants, and shops.

This apartment was a great value. The location was perfect with beautiful ocean views. It was very spacious and perfect for our family.
