nice place, nice surrounding, a quite place after 9.30 PM. for group of people who likes to sing along and a little noisy the place is not suitable. but for the people who love a quite place and peacefully environment, this is the one. thank you for having us at your place.

A nice place to stay for a family of five. There are only two rooms, so we still could have our privacy and time together. Although you might need to be extra careful when bringing toddlers, because the pool side could be slippery and the pool is quite deep for a baby. Nice tv, super clean bathrooms (which is very important for me), and well circulated air and lights. The place is pretty far from shops or city center, so good if you have a car although the parking might be a bit challenging but manageable. Fit for those who wish to get away from crowds. Pack your food, spices, meat, and all so you dont need to go anywhere 😅. Also, they provide complimentary (fruits and instant noodles) which is soo unexpectedly helpful. Hahaha. Kudos to the host! Looking fwd to be back!! xx

What a beautiful home! it truly exceeded our expectations. My mother had just undergone surgery at RS Sardjito, so instead of returning to my mother’s home in Jepara, we decided to rest in Yogya and stay at Surfrider. The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and perfect for families. Our 3-year-old son absolutely loved the pool and sand playground, and my mom found the home theatre especially soothing with its calming music. One evening there was a short power outage, but Ben and Kak Galuh responded quickly and handled it right away, we really appreciated their care. The location was also ideal, close to many great places to eat. We followed Ben and Kak Galuh’s recommendations and tried Mediterranea Restaurant by Kamil and Sate Klathak Pak Pong (both were excellent). In the mornings, my family enjoyed peaceful walks around the neighbourhood and even bought delicious bubur ayam keliling. A recommended stay in Yogya for families.😊👌

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. They even gave us extra bakpia and some foods. The place was really comfy. I'd totally recommend it to my family/friends if they're staying in Jogja! Thank you Mr Daniell :)

Sifa’s house was a wonderful place to stay during my recent trip to Yogyakarta. It is easy to find, spacious, and is like described on Airbnb. I highly recommend Sifa’s home stay to anyone seeking a nice place to stay while visiting Yogyakarta!

Very beautiful villa with huge rooms, fantastic paddy fields view, very cozy. Mr.Tri also very helpful and try his best to make our stay comfortable. Location near many tourist attractions with less crowded traffic. Highly recommended place to stay.

Definitely one of three best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Novi and Bjorn’s place is really amazing! The heritage home gave us a very homely feeling and too comfortable to go out for attractions visit! We can tell a lot of effort has been put into to the detail to make it clean and cozy. Thanks Pak Tunggal’s hospitality and also showing us around to share more about the history of this heritage home. The location easily accessible by Grab to Malioboro street in 10-15 min, walkable distance to a grocery place with eatery. I am sure I’ll come back again for my next trip to Jogja!

Selamat sore ! It was nice to stay in this Villa. - The host is nice and reactive and give us the possibility to check in earlier (but from what I have understood the keeper didn’t knew that, so the cleaning wasn’t done, but we asked for it and they came to clean). - You are in contact with the keeper for emergency/ problems - the keeper is nice, reactive and work well). They came several times to clean if you stay a long time, and the job was done properly (even more ! 😊) - We got water problems (no water anymore) but it was fixed quickly. - Gas was empty for the ktichen at the end of the stay, they came quickly to bring new gas, problem fixed. - There is a kinda a lot of ants almost everday in the kitchen area/ entrance door even if we tried to hide/close food packaging - we got used to this so it was not a big problem - Netflix wasn’t working but got fixed quickly - Too bad the people isn’t a little deeper We enjoyed our stay and recommend this Villa, terima kasih !

I had a nice experience staying here. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The homeowner was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Although the access road is a bit narrow, it was worth it for such a great place. Highly recommended!

The place is right on the edge of Kaliurang road. Easy to find. Spacious parking. Clean, as shown in the photos and description. The little one is really at home swimming in the villa. In the master bedroom there is an extra bed too. I'll be back here again if I'm in Jogja.

Had a great stay at Sarita’s! Only stayed a night but it felt like I could’ve stayed longer. The place was super clean, the linens smelled great, and there wasn’t a speck of dust. I asked the staff and turns out they clean the place daily, even when it's not booked 👏🏼 There was a power outage in the morning and a small plumbing leak, but Sarita responded quickly and sent someone to fix it right away. She even gave us bakpia Jogja as a parting gift 😊 such a sweet gesture If I can suggest one thing, the water pressure was quite low and made it hard to wash my hair. Hope that can be improved! Thanks again, would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive. The place was clean and well-maintained. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which I found very convenient for guests. Overall, my family and I had a great experience staying there.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, private, and in a nice, quiet area - perfect for relaxing. The internet was a bit spotty, and there was some noise from the water pump, but it wasn’t a big deal. Mbak Erma was super helpful and easy to contact, even when the internet was down. Overall, still a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and exactly as it appears in the photos. We had an amazing time as a family of 7 + 1 fur baby (it’s a pet friendly homestay). It’s such a peaceful place with charming Javanese architecture and beautiful surroundings. It’s very calming and serene . I think this would be a perfect homestay for families, with loads of space. Wonderful breakfasts included every morning at no cost. The host very friendly, proactive and welcoming. Big thanks to Pak Fajar🙏🏻 I cannot speak highly enough. We have already recommended it to friends. We had a truly lovely stay at Mbah Cokro. It’s a super place to visit and everything was just perfect. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

Very nice Javanese-style home in an excellent location. The host is very friendly and communicates well with helpful tips and instructions. Adjusting water in the shower was a bit tricky, but otherwise we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Rindoko also gave us some good recommendations and helped with a reservation at a restaurant located on the hills with a breathtaking view on Prambanan temple. Would definitely stay here again.

Sasadara Villa in Jogja is an excellent and worthwhile place to stay. The villa is exceptionally clean and has a pleasant fragrance. It offers complete amenities, making it a comfortable choice. I truly love this villa and will definitely book it again whenever I return to Jogja. p.s. mas Aji is really helpful.

The place is exactly like the description and pics. And it’s new, clean and tidy. It’s enough for 4 adults and a car. It’s so peaceful but close to the main street and not too far from the city. We would definitely come back here again soon 🥰

A comfy house. Its located very near to Malioboro, the house looks exactly like in the photos. The house is very clean, it has 3 bedrooms. the house is big, I think it can accommodate around 10 people. Evelyn is very responsive and friendly. My family really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a really great experience. The villa looks exactly like the photo: bright, stylish, and super clean. I loved the overall vibe, it felt cozy yet modern. It’s also well-equipped with everything you might need. It has a water dispenser, cooking and bathing amenities, even some complimentary snacks (mie Sakura was a nice touch!) The check-in process was smooth, and Mbak Tuntun, who takes care of things on-site, was really helpful and made sure everything was comfortable during my stay. Virgia, the host, was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. If you’re visiting Yogyakarta, I’d definitely recommend staying here. I’d be happy to come back here as well!

Had a lovely stay in Jogja thanks to Pratomo and Rani. The house was clean and had lots of space for the whole family to spread out. Very convenient to Malioboro and an easy drive to other parts of Jogja. Rani was very helpful whenever there was something we needed. Would 100% recommend the stay here!

I had a wonderful stay at this house! It’s a beautiful place to stay with lots of character. I loved the use of wood, and the furniture, and even the Batik pattern of the wallpaper, some really nice Javanese touches. It’s very comfortable and clean. The host is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!
