The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

A 30km de plusieurs villes et lieux touristiques: Clamecy, Avallon, Château-Chinon, venez profiter de notre longère de charme située au calme pour 4 pers plus un bébé. The cottage is located in the heart of the village, close to restaurants, hiking trails, the basilica of Vézelay. It is on one level, large (55 m2) and bright. You will appreciate the comfortable beds, the height of the ceilings, the seating area, the equipped kitchen. It is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families with one child (baby equipment on request) and four-legged companions. Small inner courtyard common with the owner.

Then rest; a master suite will welcome you: bedroom bed for 2 people, living room with clic-clac (register 3 people if you need sheets for the 2nd bed), private bathroom (linen provided). Fridge, microwave available. Dining area in a large greenhouse, overlooking nature. Rest and change of scenery.

This spacious, tastefully furnished apartment is located upstairs above my gallery in the city center of Lormes. Close to all amenities such as baker, caterer, restaurants, cafes etc. Ideal for a gourmet and / or cultural, natural / sporting getaway. All its activities are on site or near 30 km around. Gorges de Narveau, Saut de Gouloux, the great lakes of Morvan, Vauban's home in Bazoches, Vézelay with its cathedral. I am ready to welcome you.

The Gué Maraud gîte, ideal for 2–3 people, has been completely renovated in 2023. It is located in a small detached house on the owners' property, in Morvan Park. Guests can enjoy a private terrace with beautiful views of the countryside or the many stars in our region, children's games and a covered and heated swimming pool in season (May-October). Breakfast basket delivered on request. Our animal friends are welcome.

Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.
