The apartment is located in a historic building from 1890 with high walls and stylish interior. It is situated in a prime location at the hub of the Rhine-Main area. The Mainz-Kastel train station is just a 3-minute walk away, providing quick connections to Frankfurt, Mainz, and Wiesbaden. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and only a 5-minute walk from the green spaces of the Rhine promenade and about 15 minutes from the center of Mainz on foot.

We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

We offer 2 small attic rooms with a small kitchen and private bathroom in a detached house in the upper city of Mainz for rent. One room is equipped with a bed (1 x 2 m), chest of drawers, armchair and small table, the other has a chaise longue, chest of drawers and built-in closet. TV and Internet radio are provided. The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and bathtub. Downtown and the university are about 15 min. walk. Bus station is 50 m away.

In the midst of vineyards, just 30 minutes from Frankfurt Airport, Bodenheim is where you can relax in the peace of the countryside while still being just a few miles from the state capital of Mainz. You have a king-size box spring bed with 180x200cm, as well as a sofa bed, which can accommodate another two guests on a reclining area of 140x200cm. Both are located in a 35-square-meter living and sleeping area.
