The property is conveniently located near Pantaloons and is 0.5 km (5 mins walk) away from Laitumkhrah which is one of the main hubs of Shillong. The room is spacious (16x14) with attached bath and a kitchen. It is well equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, geyser and other basic amenities. Parking is available within the compound. The pool is a rainwaterharvesting unit and fresh water may not be available/feasible for swimming purposes all the time!

Located about 5 kms fr main city, guests can enjoy their stay in a place a little away from town which is easily accessible by 4 or 2 wheeler. Guests have absolute privacy as only one home is located in the property. To make their visit more adventurous, guests can explore scenic places of their choice on Cycles or E-Cycles which can be rented out fr this facility
