The stay at Paulo's cottage was sensational. The structure of the house is excellent, all the environments extremely cozy, we find everything very clean and organized. The kitchen is fully equipped, we do not miss anything, organized bedrooms and bathrooms, cozy living and dining rooms, in addition to the barbecue area that served us very well. For hot days the pool is wonderful. For those who have a small baby, Paulo provides a crib and bathtub to meet this need. Paulo is extremely cordial, attentive and responded to my messages with great agility, on the day of the check in he was present and showed us all the environments with a lot of patience. We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also really nice because the house is all fenced in, and my dog loved being able to run around the grassy outside area. We spent amazing days in this house in the Porto Ibiúna condominium. The property is spacious, extremely well maintained and comfortably accommodates large groups. The 6 bedrooms, all well distributed, guarantee privacy and rest for everyone. The location is a real privilege, being in the pool or Jacuzzi facing the dam is invigorating. The house is equipped with everything we need – full kitchen, large common areas, barbecue and plenty of outdoor space. A mention aside is for Karina and Diana who were the helpers who cared very fondly of all of us throughout the stay. Fernando and Patricia were very attentive and helpful from start to finish, which made all the difference in the experience. I recommend without hesitation and hope to return soon.
