Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and mezzanine with double bed, then a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is ideally located south of Deux Sèvres, 40 minutes from Niort, less than 1 hour from Marais Poitevin, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1.5 hours from La Rochelle.

The muleteer's blue house

7 minutes from Ruffec and all its amenities, the cottage has been set up in the outbuilding of our house, which shares a common courtyard. The private terrace, with no view of our house, opens onto the vegetable garden. We will graciously share our personal swimming pool with you.
