Short distance to gyms such as SATS, Barry's and BFT. 24-hour Joker right outside the door, as well as major supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Cinema is nearby. Please note that the subway station right next door is closed from mid-June to mid-September. There are buses and trams as usual, as well as buses for the subway.
